The owner of this store is a very nice person. They genuinely help their customers. Also they have a huge variety of puja, decoration items. I highly recommend this place for any Indian Puja or decoration need..

I have shopped at this store since the store first opened. Always had good experience till today. Rude staff! They should be given lesson on how to communicate with customers. Specially during Diwali season make every effort to be helpful and polite!!

Visited this store this Sunday afternoon. Terrible experience. First of all, the owners filmed some videos for social media without taking anyone’s consent, infringing on our privacy. I, for one, do not want to be on any store’s media channels. Secondly, it is overpriced with sub-standard items; and products were fake labelled as brass, when it was clearly not brass at all.
The staff was one of the rudest I have ever seen at any store. They were yelling at the customers, and being extremely rude, instead of helping anyone. There were four salesgirls happily chatting among themselves, but shouting at customers. The cashier was also very rude and overcharged us for two items and when I was checking my receipt, she was impatient even after making an error and wanted me to get out of the line so that she could tend to the next customer. I would give ZERO stars, if that was an option. Please avoid.response / report this review -

Very nice store in the heart of Brampton Ontario. Well stocked. The owner and the staff are very helpful to make sure that you find whatever it is that your looking for. However, i had a bad experience when i came to the store a few months ago: I was looking for a specific book on Lord Shiva when i couldn't find it anywhere. Then i showed the picture of the book that i was looking for to a staff member and asked them if they had a box of it in the back. They went to check and came back saying it was out of stock. Everytime i look for this book at this store, it's ALWAYS out of stock. I would really appreciate if the owner himself could order more boxes of this book so that this issue won't happen again when i visit the store in the future. At the time, the store just got renovated because they moved the book section to another part of the store. Again, very nice store but i shouldn't have experienced this issue when all they could do is order more quantities.

Great selection. You will find almost anything you need but you do need to look for it. Store is big and has lots of inventory.

I have been coming here a few years ago before it became so popular.
Back then there were no prices on anything and you really have to negotiate and the selection was better. Today I went for Diwali and they were so busy. Now their prices are on everything. No more negotiation and they charge tax too. Still better than most local places so I will come out here still.. I am satafied to buy any items with Mr Pal owner of Puja Hut. Puja Hut has Dahshara and Dipawoli special sales going on. Quality Hinduism and Sikhism religious necessary items such as Books, Statues Handy crafts, all Puja materials you can get easily at this place

Great place for Pooja related shopping. It is rich in choices. They do photo frame as well for a very reasonable price far less than most of the places. Irrespective of which part of India you belong, you can get your Pooja related items here. They are friendly and welcoming. We can request for specific items as well if they are not available.
