I’ve been going to We Smile Dentistry for almost a year now (after a long 12 year hiatus of dental visits from fear and anxiety) and I don’t have enough good things to say. Ive been going for regular cleanings which are easy peasy (now), but today was my first appointment for fillings. I was in tears prior to starting. The team here is so wonderful and my anxiety was quickly put to ease. I know I have a lot more work to do, and after today I feel so much better going forward. Thank you all so much for making this so easy for me!

The most comfortable dentistry experience I ever had. I needed to clean the decay and install a filling in my wisdom tooth. The injection of painkiller almost did not hurt. The whole procedure took around 10 minutes after my tooth got numb. Very quick and professional work. Dr. Spagnuolo and his assistant Susan always made sure that I feel comfortable during my visit. They were friendly and compassionate. P. S. There is a TV on the ceiling: you can choose a movie/series and watch it while the work is being done.

Dr. Spagnuolo and his team are the best. I went in for a tooth build up so that my smile looked its best on my wedding day. I'm super happy with the results. They are always helpful and friendly, and the office space is super clean and welcoming. Highly recommend this dentistry!

I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, so much so I procrastinated for a year. I can say they are so great at We Smile Dentistry that they might change this. I had the best experience with the least stress and tension ever.
The new patient process was quick and thorough. The dentist and staff are very friendly and great at listening and explaining each step.
The cleaning was painless. I appreciated the distraction of headphones and Netflix. Such a game changer!
If you're looking for a new dentist I highly recommend this one.

Just amazing. There isn’t a single person in this office that I wouldn’t give an A++ to.
Everyone is friendly, understanding and compassionate. I always feel like family walking into this office.
I have never been one to look forward to a dentist appointment, at least not until stumbling upon these folks.
The professionalism and quality of work from Dr. Spagnuolo is bar none.

Dr. Giulio Spagnuolo and his staff have provided me with excellent dental care and customer service. Dr. Spagnuolo is experienced, thorough, gentle and very skilled at dental surgery. His staff are also excellent, efficient and compassionate. I had suffered with a recurring sore tooth that 3 other dentists could not resolve; it was appropriately diagnosed and successfully dealt with at We Smile Dentistry. I highly recommend this dental office.

All of the staff is amazing. Everyone there is extremely respectful, helpful, courteous, approachable and most importantly, knowledgeable. I have never hesitated to ask them questions and am always satisfied with the responses I receive. I never dread going to the dentist and I am never anything but happy when I leave my appointment. Nobody likes going to the dentist, let’s be real. I can honestly say the staff is so welcoming, friendly and joyful! It feels like you’re going in to see friends rather than for a cleaning.

I’m definitely someone who is curious and loves to learn, everyone explains what’s happening, why and I always feel like I’ve learned something new.

I definitely recommend we smile to all my friends now!

Incredibly friendly staff. Made me feel comfortable at every step. I got a lot of work done quickly and they were able to accommodate my schedule so I didn’t miss work. They called the next day each time to see how I was feeling and help with any solutions they came up with. The team made me feel comfortable and helped with my dentist anxiety they didn’t press when I said I needed more time before I came back, they really seem like they are out for my best interest. I would seriously recommend to anyone needing to go to the dentist, especially if they are nervous about it. Thank you team for giving me back my smile!

Great office, great team, comfortable atmosphere, and very clean.
Past few times, my appointments were delayed, but that was just because of previous patients procedure taking a little longer than usual, and that creates a domino effect. That’s okay for me, it tells me they will never rush with a patient to bring in the next patient - they take their time to make sure the teeth are in perfect condition, and if it’s not up to their standards, they will fix it.

I like how Mr. Spagnuolo will always come by the room to have a quick chat, check up on how I’m doing, and explains the procedure I’ll be doing that day. Small things like this makes the experience a lot more enjoyable and less stressful at the dentists.

My name is harpreet I cant explain in my words that how much comfortable i feel while my whole check up. The staff is very welcoming and they treated me as their own family member. I went there first time today and i did not even feel for a sec that am here for first time. I was very nervous because it was my first visit to a dentists but now am feeling very lucky that i got to know about we smile dentistry. Thank you so much for amazing service. I have never had a better experience at a dentist - and that is coming from someone who avoids dentists at all costs! They were able to see me within 2 days (my previous dentist said two MONTHS), and handled all of my concerns professionally and kindly. Dr. Charrette removed two of my wisdom teeth and it was over VERY quickly and with absolutely zero pain. Then, my dentist contacted me at night to check in. Amazing service and care, and an easy choice to switch the rest of my dental needs over to We Smile. Thank you!

No more anxiety!

I wish I had found them years ago, the team at We Smile are absolutely fantastic. Everyone is very kind and personable. They do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and after two visits that has gone away. I feel well taken care of. My procedure took half the time it would at my old dentist and went super smoothly. I felt cared about the whole time :) thank you Doctor Spagnuolo!

Kind, caring and professional atmosphere.

Dr. Giulio Spagnuolo and staff provided an extremely professional and welcoming environment. Despite the on-going covid situation, the staff at We Smile Dentistry provided quality care while also taking extensive measures to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. My filling came out unexpectedly, over the weekend, I rushed online to look for a dentist close by and got so much help from Google reviews. I settled for weIwe smile,c we smile and set up an appointment. All the staff were very friendly from the moment I stepped in had the filling replaced. I must say, it the best Dentist I have been to. I recommend we smile 1000%. A team of professionals.

I recently switch to We Smile Dentistry and have had nothing but good experiences! The whole patient care team is extremely warm and welcoming each time I come in, always greeting me by my name. Jackie is the kindest and most gentle hygienist I’ve ever encountered. She takes an interest in me as a patient and a person, making my experience that much more enjoyable. Dr. Giulio always calms my nerves with his sense of humour and nonstop jokes. My dental appointments are much more enjoyable now that I have started seeing the We Smile Team.

Everyone at We Smile Dentistry is very friendly and personable. They all seem to have a simile on their face, and it's not just because of the name! My experience with We Smile Dentistry was excellent. I felt comfortable and relaxed while I had 3 fillings done. They have a TV on the ceiling that you can watch, or you can choose to be apart of the witty banter between Dentist and Dental Hygienist, they will do their best to include you too! I would 100% recommend We Smile Dentistry to anyone who is looking for an easy, painless, all around great quality dental experience.

Friendly staff (and gentle hygienist!) and great service. They have T.V. screens in the ceiling so you can relax and watch something while they work on your teeth. Great location for Western students (tucked in behind the MacDonald's on Oxford and Wharncliffe).

The team at We Smile Dentistry is simply fantastic - Dr. Spagnuolo was my childhood dentist, and I moved away from London for a number of years, and I recently returned to London and so I was so so happy I could have him as my dentist again! (which says a lot I think).

The entire staff are awesome! Jackie, my dental hygienist, was friendly and explained everything she was doing as she went along which is important to me because you feel confident knowing what's happening and why. You really feel like everyone in the We Smile Dental office cares, and that they all really enjoy what they do - it is why I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

If you're new to London, or looking for a dentist you should choose We Smile Dentistry!!

Giulio was my childhood dentist. I remember being excited to go to his office as a kid: everybody was so nice and I always left with stickers. When I moved back to London as an adult I was so happy that he could take me on as a patient again. His office is just as warm and welcoming as I remembered. I have had some minor procedures done over the years - fillings, chips repaired, etc - and the results have always been excellent.

From Lizette at the front desk, who kindly spoke to my insurance, to Kelly, who was incredibly patient as I explained my issue, to Dr. Spagnuolo, who was upfront and honest about pros and considerations of his recommendation. I had come on a recommendation by one of the staff at We Smile, and I am so happy I made the switch! I came from an office where they did not care about their patients very much so coming here was a nice relief. Dr. Spagnuolo is very gentle and caring while providing services, and that's really great for me because I have had bad past dental experiences. The desk/reception staff is super friendly and always remembers my name which is really hard to remember. Haha. Thanks so much! :)
