A big fitness center with many equipments and a swimming pool. Both group exercise and private training are available.

This is Gym is ok there are days its very clean and days they are not but that is the same across most of the Gyms, front desk staff are the most boring people no smiles, no hellos and most of the time in their own sweet world of gossip customer service is unheard of or alien to them, they act as if they are doing you a great favor. I have read people trashing the Gym, here's my observation members also play a huge part in maintaining the premises namely putting back the dumbbells in their respective places one has to literally hunt for the right weight dumbbell as it is all over the place, some members surround themselves with various weights as if they plan to become Arnold Schwarzenegger in one session of workouts,removing heavy free weights from the machines after their work outs so its easier for the next person to use the weights (lighter or heavier), some members don't even clean up the bench after their workouts as it becomes sweaty and sticky, some staff like Nick Gonzalves and Ace try to do a commendable job and I do urge members to assist them by doing their bit. Like every retail organizations I guess the Reps here have targets so they use pressure tactics to sign one up for programs so if you learn to say no they stop - lets all not blame the Gym but look into oneself and doing a bit to help yourself, other members and Staff at the Gym, of late I hear these supposedly Macho guys using utter foul language talking to each other, just because you have muscles does not mean you shoot your mouth with such filthy and atrocious language in a very public environment try to add some muscle to your tongues to control it people. I rarely negative review but this business really deserve no stars.
Terrible gym. I have been a member since last year. The showers are dirty and not maintained. The faucets are broken. Toilet tissues are not stocked. Very busy during peak hour. My wife uses the classes and she is happy with instructors. For me, I use the machines and free weights. I have never experienced such a crowded gym in my life. I would not recommend anyone to join the gym unless they offer you a free week trial and then you decide if its for you. Definitely, not a long commitment.response / report this review -

Lots of equipments squash and basketball 🏀 courts, swimming pool and hot tub. The only issue which is actually a big issue is cleanliness in this place. Showers are not clean and locker area does not seem to be cleaned regularly. Most days there is no paper towel in the mens locker/washroom area. I do not see actual cleaning staff in this location. The girl at the front desk actually does some dusting and quick vacuum of the weight area Please hire cleaning staff!!!

I have been going here for over a year now and I have decided to go to another location. I tried to give this place a chance many times but it is just terrible. Absolutely Disgusting showers usually broken ,there's always a load in the corner and it stays there for a week so nasty. And the hot tub purges it self because it's never maintained, weights are never put back, and after the manager leaves the staff treat the place like a circus. Honestly the people that have given this place 5 stars were asked to do so or they work at la fitness. People need to be replaced badly. Especially maintenance.

Lower your expectations. Don't be fooled by the big building and bright billboard. Showers are nasty , half of showers always out of service. I pay $50 a month and I expect to get best service other wise I would go cross the street and pay $10 a month.
