I'll never buy a car anywhere else again!!
I'm absolutely flabbergasted by how far beyond the call of duty (we spent a lot of hours together) Nick T. and Zach went to get me a car that met all my needs and fit my budget!!
Though I dealt directly with Zach and Nick, everybody there was incredibly friendly and always stopped to say hello and chit chat a bit.totally pet friendly too, my shepherd/ wolf mix was in her glory from all the attention she received.
I love my car, even though it's blue. ;)

With all that being said BE WARNED DO NOT forget anything in your trade-in vehicle If they can see it, they will steal it. Including prescription glasses and travel mugs.

Purchased a car from Mike Nokes at Key West Ford and the experience was exceptional. I never felt pressured and at all times felt like Mike was trying to get me the right car for my new family. He didn't BS me when it came to negotiating the price and his boss Wes was reasonable when it came to the trade in value of my car. You can also tell that Wes has the best interests of his sales staff and wants to work with them to make a deal happen that leaves both sides happy. I left extremely happy with the car I wanted at a great price. I would happily purchase another car from Mike at Key West Ford and recommend anyone heading there to search Mike out. This was my second visit to the dealership. They are already known for their great customer service and i had experienced the same in the past and also had a chance to experience it again. I purchased a 2014 Mustang in 2014 from Michael Nokes, and my second 2017 Explorer from him again. He is a great guy, helped me to search the right vehicle for me. He went above and beyond my expectations to help me out. I will surely recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

We just want to give a shout out to our salesman Thomas (Tom). He was very down to earth , honest and helpful in getting my mom her brand new 2017 Ford Escape SE 4WD. We definitely recommend dealing with him if you want someone that's not pushy, but honest. For our future vehicle purchases we will surely be giving Tom a call. 👍🙏

Michael is phenomenal! Right from the start, he was upfront and transparent with us. Did not mislead us or make false promises like our previous experiences at other dealerships. He helped us feel at ease and was so friendly. He told us exactly what we were getting and that is, exactly what we got. We could not have been any happier. We walked in to key West Ford unsure if we would even be financed and at a rate that we were comfortable with.

These guys, Michael and the finance manager Nick, worked tirelessly to get us what we wanted. Jumping through hoops trying to find us the best deal.

I truly did not believe we would drive off their lot in a brand new vehicle. But they were miracle workers and they made it happen!!

Thank you so much for everything! We will never go anywhere else and recommending them to all our family and friends!

Once again Dillon and Chris have knocked it out of the park. I am beyond impressed with their customer service. Their dedication to making sure their customers are happy is second to none. You guys rock.

Walked in to look at a ford fusion. There weren't many customers. However I overheard a conversation when I walked in through the front entrance as I was trying to find a sales staff. There was a guy in a very outdated plaid-like suit speaking to this family. I assume he was the manager. He had a condescending tone and was just raging on them. I glanced over, saw some numbers on a piece of paper, looked like prices. From what I understand it looked like the family was looking for a 10% discount. I thought this was reasonable.

I've never heard of people paying full price. At any rate, I walked out immediately. I came in hoping to buy a car with getting maybe a 10% discount as well, but after hearing this manager disrespect the family who remained quiet throughout, I decided to just go to another ford dealer. Bought my ford with my 12% discount instead. I will leave the review on their page

One last thing, as I walked out, I heard the manager say, "enjoy your vehicle from the other dealership" Very unprofessional. As I said, the family were silent, probably just as astonished as I was. There are tons of dealerships out there competing for your money, don't take abusive behavior. There are tons that have better customer service. To that family, I hope you didn't end up buying/giving them your money.

Overall fast and friendly service. The service advisor was straight forward and accurate with their estimate. Key-West even came in sightly below their original quote. I had my vehicle detailed here after my Moonroof leaked and left water stains all over the headliner. They did a great job getting all of the stains out. Great brewery nearby (Steel & Oak)if you are waiting for an oil change!

Michael was the salesman who made the call in follow up to a year-old purchase of a 2013 Escape. That vehicle wasn't quite meeting our expectations so we agreed to get together. Jesse was very knowledgeable and informative on the features of all SUVs on the lot at the time. We decided a trade-in and upgrade was in order. Jesse, Nick and others saw to it and we were able to drive off the lot with our new 2016 Ford Explorer. The feel of this vehicle is so much better than the previous vehicle and we are now happy with our ride. Thanks to the folks at Key West Ford!

I purchased a new vehicle in 2008 and was treated great. I recently brought my 1 Ton in for an electrical service. I had been told by two other shops that I needed to replace the computer at $2k at least. Key West did diagnostics and replaced an internal fuse for substantially less. They are very knowledgeable and fair. I had my truck back in no time at all. Highly recommended.

I've been getting my vehicles serviced at Key West Ford for 16 years. I could go to a dealer closer to home but I choose Key West because I know I'll always get great service from courteous, competent and knowledgeable professionals. It can be 8 months between visits and Amber still recognizes me the moment I walk in. She is excellent. It takes a special type of person to deal with the stresses at the service front desk in a in big auto dealership. Amber is always courteous, collected and calm. She really knows her customers and she knows their vehicles too. It's a large part of the reason I stick with Key West Ford Service.
