Dealt with multiple ford dealerships in Windsor through the years. Decided to go out of the city and glad i did because ive never had as good of an experience as I just had with Joe meloche ford. This time around i actually visited 2 places at the same time to look for the better deal. The way Barb worked her magic by explaining step by step in building a truck in her office to my liking was something I've never experienced with any other dealership. I'm personally not a fan of just walking the yard with what you might have in stock. Quick email replies and very friendly service all around.
Shout out to Jocelyn as well. Very professional at what she does and was a tremendous help to surpass the expectation of my overall experience.
Loving my new truck. Thanks guys! I found a new home!!!

This is a great dealership, I am always taken care of whenever I need service or repairs on my vehicle. Reading other reviews on here I do not see the problem that other people would not be able to give a great review. I would think that others might have either hit their head or just are ignorant to the fact that they might be the problem..NOT THE DEALERSHIP!

i have been taking my Mazda Miata to Joe Meloche for the last three
years. i have my car periodically mini washed which is excellent.
Twice a year i have my car completely detailed (black car) This car
looks brand new and its 6 years old.
The service department changes and stores my winter tires. So grateful
for this service as i do live in a condo.
The mechanics have been checking every detail and i have never had to
worry.
Plus they pick me up and drive me home. Does not get any better!!!!

We purchased a Chrysler 200 two years ago - at the time we really wanted to move into a Ford Fusion, but there wasn't much available at our price range and after an exhaustive search, we settled on a Chrysler. This year, we decided to look again, seeing more incentives available and thinking we would get decent trade in value on our now three year old vehicle. While there were far more Fusions on the market now, we became discouraged when we realized that we were not going to get trade in value on our Chrysler that would allow us to move into another car. We decided to try Joe Meloche Ford - they were our last option (which we now realized should have been our first choice). Not only did we receive a fair trade in value for our Chrysler, we purchased a 2017 Fusion for considerably less than its two and three year older models at other dealerships. From the second we got on the lot, to the time we closed the deal - we knew we were in a special place. Instead of being told what could not be done, they made it happen and we left knowing we would return again when we need another vehicle. Barb Grondin was excellent at helping us and she made the purchase easy. The financing department especially Jaclyn, also made the process painless and smooth without any issues. The entire process was so easy we left thinking "did we just purchase a car". We thought hours and hours of paperwork and discussion were just a part of the car purchasing process until we got to Joe Meloche Ford - the process there was so simple, so easy that others should really begin their search there!
