We had our new vanity drain hooked up. Way beyond our Youtube training. Lol. They came on time, did a very nice job, tested the taps and drain and price was good. Definitely recommend JJs plumbing to anyone needing help with their plumbing.

JJs has replaced our old pipes, connected a new sink, and fixed leaks for us. We call them for all our plumbing needs. They are always friendly and professional. The quality of their work is excellent. I highly recommend them.

From start of first call to them until the job was done and we were back in business JJ's plumbing was amazing! I would not hesitate to recommend them for any job. True professionals, no upsell, straight advise and good work. Toilet was a gonner and instead of spending the time to repair with no guarantee it would work, we took the advice and replaced it. Couldnt be happier with the new unit. Thanks guys!

We recently had some issues with our existing plumbing leaking. We had Poly-B piping throughout our entire home and it was definitely time to get it all replaced after one insurance claim.
We called around and got a few quotes which were wide and varied in cost. When we met with Justin we were impressed with his approach, the information he provided and his general demeanor. When time came to choose a plumber there wasn't any other choice.
Justin and his team did a top notch job at redoing our entire home with minimum disruption to our daily requirements. We are exceptionally happy with the work they did, how they were in our home and the final results! We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a great team to work with for their plumbing needs.response / report this review -

A big thank you to Mac and Keith!! I called JJ's plumbing on Wednesday afternoon to help fix a leak in my kitchen. They set up an appointment for 8-10am the next day and the guys knocked on my door at 8:30am. Awesome. Nice guys, friendly and knowledgable. They fixed the problem quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them.
As I side note - I see people complaining about cost Let me ask you this: do you want it done right or cheap? I'll take quality workmanship over cheap everyday. JJ's delivered just that. Thanks again!!response / report this review -

They came to look at a problem that I diagnosed for 5 mins, they charged me for 1 hr and justified that they where in my home for 40 mins watch out on their prices

JJ's plumbing have fantastic customer service.. As a general contractor I work with many sub trades. I had an emergency with a customers boiler in a recent cold spell. I called JJ's and they had a technician out to the site within a hour. The part that had malfunctioned was not in stock they were able to temporarily bypass the part and got the heat and hot water back up and running they made arrangements with the home owner directly to return to install the new part. Not only was I impressed with there service they made a great impression on my clients. JJ's is the place to call for your plumbing and heating needs.

This is the second time I've used JJ's and both times I've been really happy with their service. I've now replaced two hot water tanks with them. They are friendly, prompt and very customer service oriented. I called on a Monday morning and by Monday noon, I had a new hot water tank. Will definitely use them in the future.
