My favourite place for treatment!

The facility is well kept, modern and clean.
The staff is very friendly and professional. Jenny is simply one of the best physios I've ever seen. Her IMS techniques are very effictive. Highly recommended!!

Very client-service oriented. I presented myself here is quite an emotional state and they handled all with compassion and professionalism. The front-desk staff are very professional and kind. My physiotherapist, Connor, was very professional with a very caring, personable nature. I had almost lost my faith in younger people but this clinic is a stand-out. I only had two treatments but the only limitation was finding guaranteed parking closer since I cannot walk too far currently. If I had someone to drop me off, I'd remain at this clinic. Sweet people. Would highly recommend.

Jason treated me and this guy knows what he is doing. Class act have recommended my friends. This is after going to two separate physios who could not correctly diagnosed my problem. No hesitation in recommending him. Someone recommended him to me as well.

Jason and the staff at Oakridge physio are great. Jason’s experience and knowledge help keep me healthy with my back and neck. Any friends I’ve recommended here have also had a good experience. They are across the street from the Canada line station and have parking.

Best Physio in town !!!

Jason at Oakridge Physiotherapy is a truly caring individual. From the minute you arrive, you are greeted by friendly and efficient staff at the front desk and feel right at home in their modern physical space. Jason and his team made me feel safe as they offered online consultations, adhered to all the social distancing and cleaning protocols. They provided me with clear instructions on how to access the building to ensure my safety and the safety of others. The treatment I received for my symptoms from a concussion were very effective and Jason worked with my other medical professionals to ensure that I was receiving the best care possible. Jason also showed me a lot of exercises that I could do at home to ensure a swift recovery. Thank you so much Jason and team!

Terrible experience , avoid this clinic . I felt I had to really pry to get any type of answers out of Jason and they were always very short unconcerned answers. I was very disappointed with the level of professionalism and would strongly urge others to try anywhere else. Waste of money. Waste of time. Worst of all I wasn't able to gain any valuable insight into my condition and left this clinic with more pain than came in . My doctor suggested me to try with another more reliable physio .

Very disappointed with the physiotherapist assigned and the level of service . Actually I got hurt during the treatment and had to go to another clinic to help me deal with it .

Thank you for your reply. Google didn't notify me when you replied to my post so I just saw it now. I apologize for replying to your message this way rather than by phone but as I am usually not in town, I feel that this is the best form of communication at this time. I feel that the feedback I provided in my review reflects what my mom has experienced during her previous visits there. I appreciate you getting back to me and hope that all of your clients receive the same level of care regardless of the reason for their visit and the physiotherapist that they are seeing. I will be taking my original post down since I feel that you have addressed the issue. Thank you for your prompt response.
