Hello my name is Vicky Arvanitis and I am the world's first Vexatious litigant with zero litigations and applications LOL! Read all about how my former injury lawyer commenced 17 applications against me in less than a year in order to remove my website that contained exhibits, transcripts and documents from my 2016 trial against him. Read how I was found to be a vexatious litigant twice while my judge refuse me the right to legal counsel. I was incarcerated twice here in Vancouver BC Canada because of the plaintiff's lawyer was filing inaccurate affidavits against me. I was not provided a phone call to a lawyer or legal counsel even after being incarcerated. As a disabled citizen I qualified for legal aid but Justice Sharma who was assisting the plaintiffs refused me my international right to legal counsel. She incarcerated me for 2 hrs when I asked her is she had any affiliation with the plaintiff's. At which point she yelled at me and told me it was none of my business. I was provided a lawyer after 7 months of applications and a so called summary trial. The newest partner at this law firm who started her employment in 2010 wrote a 300-page affidavit against me which was all based on hearsay and belief claiming what I had said about this firm was defamation. I was a client of this Law firm until 2008. I'm not really sure how this partner who started her employment in 2010 had any personal information regarding the treatment I received while being a client of the firm. I was found to be a vexatious for a countersuit lol..Then that same judge found me to be a vexatious litigant against parties I have never sued or even filed one application against LMAO!!! According to her ruling she found me to be a vexatious litigant based on the belief I might sue in the future lol. This same judge would not even let me speak to defend myself against the false allegations being made against me all while she let the plaintiff go on and on and on and on and on for days and weeks and months in what she called a one day summary trial. What happened to me is what happens to citizens who educate themselves in the law and try to defend themselves in a clearly biased, money driven system. I will continue to fight and speak out against this legal abuse. This firm even went as far as to try to find me a vexatious appellant in the appeals court with again zero appeals. These are the actions of desperate unlawful people trying to silence the real victims using tactics like Epstein had. Please read all the Vancouver supreme court website judgments against me. Just search my name Vicky Arvanitis in the search section under judgments. I will say that I do appreciate the judge who ordered the temporary injunction order. She quoted everything I had said and posted online about this lawyer and Law firm. I am extremely grateful to her for quoting everything I had posted online on review websites as I feel nobody should have their opinion based reviews removed which are supposed to be protected under our Charter Rights and freedoms. I really hope judges stop and take into consideration that online reviews are meant to protect consumers by sharing experiences. The truth at times is ugly. Ugly words in online reviews should not be considered defamation or dismissed simply because the words are not pleasing to your eyes. Also a "summary trial" was used so that other former clients could not testify in my defense to the aligations of defimation. Truth.

You can use ClearWay Law to find a lawyer to do legal coaching. It will save you a lot of money. Don't try to figure out Supreme Court rules yourself. You will struggle.

Hope nobody ever has to use this court system for anything? Its not set up to help you for anything. Its all about you rolling out the red carpet for a judge coming out of the back room that knows nothing of your case. These arrogant justices are not very caring at all, and subsequently your left crossing your fingers for justice only to later discover there is none. Id say its justice for a law firm or a lawyer, because they all get awarded costs on both sides regardless of a cases conclusion. #nowinners

Staff here are rude and seem very miserable, a simple please and thank you response when dealing with people is a basic thing we learn as children then as some of us grow up we keep this level of respect your staff did not grow up! Attitude is everything people get it?

Tax payers should also be very upset at the condition of this building it seems as if we pay the judges too much money this building is in poor condition a very disgusting building, Vancouver should be ashamed of this place!
