I was a client here after my pregnancy. I had a good experience so I sent my elderly mother for physio and my young teenage niece for translation for the first appointment.
The second appointment I escorted my mother.
My mother told me that during the first appointment the female therapist was very rude she didn't do anything put the pulsating machine on her and left the room and came back took it off and that was the appointment.
Meanwhile while I attended the appointment the same physiotherapist put on the act of being caring and friendly (smile and talking to my mom nicely) . My mom said her behaviour is night and day. My mother did not return to this practice and neither did I.
Whether it's racism or negligence neither are acceptable. I would not recommend this place. .

I have gotten many painful aliments ameliorated over the last 10 years at Treloar. Superlative therapists that have helped me include: Dani Langford with Carol Kennedy, Curtis Wong, Lara Martin, Allison Kalls, Jenny Lehmann and now Mikaela Barnes. One of my treatments I'll mention that has changed my life: My favorite activity, hiking the Grouse Grind had to be ceased due to leg pain . It turned out to be due an ankle fracture over 30 years ago; that foot couldn't dorsiflex like the other . There was a major imbalance in the problem leg unbeknownst to me. I discovered their Clinical Pilates treatment and with a lot of hard work and maintenance, I can now do the BCMC or Grouse Grind to my heart's contentwhich helps to keep the Doctor away :) Thanks Treloar! PS their receptionists are awesome too!

I had a great experience at Treloar Physiotherapy with Carman Wong who performed a bike fit and assessment to help treat my cycling-related Achilles tendinitis. Carman has been super responsive and a big help in managing my injury.

Derek Lai is the awesome physiotherapist who has been helping me with clinical Pilates after my hip replacement surgery. He is very professional and pleasant to work with and I really appreciate his patient and respectful demeanor. He is very helpful. The interventions are making me able to walk without limping, hallelujah! Furthermore, the admin staff are always pleasant and polite. The clinic is all set up for the pandemic. It is spotless and they have all the protocols in place.

Physio and more. They also have specialists. Located near Cambie and Broadway corridor and great transit access. Meter street parking. Or free time limited residential parking on side streets. Paid parking underground in the building. #letsguide #covid

I have been going to Treloar and being mainly treated by physiotherapist Tori. She has been able to identify the muscles that are giving me problems and has worked to give me an exercise program that rectifies the pain and has helped to rebuild my core strength. I can't imagine how this past year would have been if I didn't have her helping me with this! I have very thankful to Treloar as well and the several other physiotherapist with whom I have worked. They are all knowledgeable, professional and incredibly effective.

I have been seeing Lisa Ellerton who does the clinical pilates, she is an amazing physio and I highly recommend seeing her. Since she has been treating me my condition has improved along with my quality of life. I have done physio for years for my back and feet while serving in the military and since seeing Lisa she has done more for me in a couple of months than other physio's have done in years.

I have been going to the clinical pilates studio following pregnancy and c-section - my core was in bad shape and I was starting to have major back pain. Hayley has helped immensely and I love the exercise routine we do together. Whenever I am having a bad back day she manages to get me fixed up within our session. I am hooked! I definitely recommend for new moms out there trying to find their core again.

I went to Treloar after my upper shoulder and neck spasmed during a weekend away. As other reviewers mentioned, the office is very friendly and doesn't feel like a medical establishment. Carly Lochbaum was prompt, professional and has a great demeanour. She was gentle with my injury and I immediately felt safe in her hands. After a manipulation and some dry-needling, my shoulder was significantly improved and with one more follow-up visit, it was completely healed and functional again. I'm definitely a wuss and was scared of the needles, but Carly was patient and demonstrated and talked through everything she was going to do before doing it. I've been going to massage therapy for years, but this was my first physio experience and I will now be saving my money for Carly's hands only.

    Pretty sad..

I have been here a number of times but didn't come for a number of months so I booked an appointment so I could get some help with my back pain. No problem came in had my treatment and went to pay only to find out not only have the treatment rates gone up but if you don't come in for a couple months then there is a full reassessment fee! I was not informed of the reassessment fee nor the increase of rates when I booked or I would have gone to my other physiotherapist. Ok cool you got me there quick cash grab. so I book another appointment two weeks later since this place is close to my work. For my second appointment somewhow they have lost my chart so I have to fully explain my issue with the physiotherapist and what we have done in prior treatments. this just eats up more of my appointment time. The physiotherapist and I go to do some "exercises".. or should I say I was left to do exercises..by myself physiotherapists often do this so they can "treat" multiple patients at once. Thus getting two sessions done at one time..

I don't think this is right if I pay for a session I would expect to be somewhat supervised during my rehabilitation exercises or I could stay at home and watch YouTube videos and not pay $70 a "session"

If you like to pay $70 to stand in the exercise area and do exercises by yourself this is the perfect place
