Apparently most rental places have their box trucks with lift gates out on long term leases, so I found Dysco after I couldn’t get a truck on short notice with the other brands. It ended up working out perfectly! I was very nervous about driving a big truck, but it was so comfortable that it took no time to get used to, and I wished I could keep it. The truck was not new—it had a cassette player—but it was easy to use and performed well. Turns were not bad, and even on the slick grassy hill where I was picking things up, it had no problem; it felt like it really gripped the road. I had looked into buying cameras for around the rental truck before I drove it, and it turned out that the visibility was so good that I felt like I wouldn’t have needed them anyway. Tony was pleasant to work with, too. He was friendly and helpful.

Great if you don't mind spending a bit more money in order to avoid dealing with Uhaul's call centre. Easy to pickup and great all around service.

Rented at the end of the month without issues. Truck worked fine and the inside was in condition. Tony was helpful and made sure I had the tools to do the move (blankets, dolly, etc.).

I have rented trucks from Dysco for over 6 years. They are great people to work with. They offer reasonable rates and excellent service.

I was wondering forever whether to rent a moving truck or to hire a group of movers. These guys happen to do both so I came to them to see if they could help and what the different rates and times were for both.
They were extremely helpful and I ended up renting a great working truck from them for a steal of a price. If you aren't sure about what to do these guys will help you the whole way trough, I would use them every time.response / report this review -

Love this company, used them on short notice to rent a truck for my move this summer and they went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed.
I was a little worried that I would have to make a bunch of trips with what I rented so they helped me upgrade to a bigger truck without having to spend to much. So grateful, thanks guys!response / report this review -

Poor service - overcharged on credit card
Truck had garbage and cans of paint inside, I left a voice message advising them of this immediately. They still charged me but later reversed because they found the voice mail. There was another charge for not leaving fueling receipt (which I also left in the truck). They said they'd reverse if I get proof from credit card statement. I said it's a $9 charge, you charged $20 for the mess, why not reverse the $9 since you gave me a dirty truck to start with. Agent refused - will never use again.response / report this review
