The service staff (Brandon looking at you) is awesome. I didn't have an appointment, and they still helped me out over their lunch break. Really really outstanding customer service. I will definitely be bringing my Infiniti back, and highly recommend Infiniti North Shore to anybody. Thanks again!

Lower mainland Infiniti dealer to go to. squeezed me in to a busy shop schedule to accommodate an out of towner and take care of my problems. Service department informed, knowledgeable and friendly especially Neda Atefat. Above and beyond with getting my vehicle back to me and the wash was a nice extra touch.

I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Rene G. When I stopped in to look at the vehicles. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and did not pressure me with crazy sales tactics (I usually walk out), longest I’d spent in a car showroom.

I had an excellent buying experience at Infiniti North Vancouver. My salesman, Rene Gallardo, went above and beyond to make sure he got me the best value for my vehicle and ensure I was happy with my purchase! He is always available to answer my questions, even now that the sale is complete. General Manager Kofi Asante was also very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend both Rene and Infiniti North Van! Thanks for the awesome service!!

I don't know about their sales department but don't use their service department for any jobs. If you have to visit them, try to avoid service rep 'Nicolas Tsang'. I've been to other Infiniti dealerships and they were all very pleasant overall but this guy gave me a very difficult time in every possible way. Definitely not the way to start your day. Any local mechanic shop will be more professional than this guy.

I do not often write a review about establishments but my experienced dealing with Infiniti North Vancouver is way beyond what I expected.

Just upon entering the building, you will be greeted by the staff with a big smile and enthusiasm and will assist you in the best possible way they can. Your question will be answered by the knowledgeable sales persons that specialized on those products and will give you the best honest response and will find you the right vehicle for you. At the end of the day, you will feel that your needs was met on finding the right vehicle for you. From the front desk, to the sales department, finance department, service department and even the General Manager, KOFI ASANTE and my sales specialist, RENE GALLARDO, have exceeded above and beyond service that a customer could possibly get I would definitely recommend this store to everyone. KUDOS.

I don't normally write reviews but after my experience in Morrey Infiniti in Burnaby I felt compelled to write this review and let owners know about the lack of competence in the North vancouver store.

Coffie the sales manager is clueless about doing business. He has no idea how to treat me as a client and make the deal happen. I went to Morrey Infiniti in Burnaby and my deal took less then 20 Min. Don't waste your time here. Go see Ken Tang at Morrey in Burnaby for the best deal haggle free and a 1st class experience. High price, low trade in value this guy coffie thinks I was stupid. Trying to take advantage of me. Absolutely DISGUSTING, you should not have a Sales Manager employed who doesn't know how to treat a client and for him try to look me in the eye and lie to me. I won't even bring my car there for servicing. Avoid at all costs. Morrey Infiniti is just 15 mins away.

I had a great experience with Geoff Rosales buying a new Q50 at Infiniti at the North Shore auto mall . Stress free, very kind and very accommodating.

Go and see Geoff and you will be in good hands.

I had a very pleasant experience at Infiniti North Vancouver working with Kam Bagheri and Patrick Hauer. They were very friendly, informative and honest and made the whole experience of purchasing my new Infiniti a pleasure. I will be recommending them and the dealership to my friends and family whenever they need an Infiniti vehicle.

Great staff particularly Patrick Hauer, who goes the extra mile. He made the process easy and pressure free. I am fully satisfied with my experience at North Shore Infiniti.

Called me to let me know that at the end of my lease the only way for me to buy out my lease was if they bought it for me from Nissan Finance then resell it a few days later after a mandatory Provincial Safety Inspection. Suffice to say this is all BS - verified with Nissan Canada Finance. They just wanted to make some quick dough I guess. Perhaps they made a note on my file that says "born yesterday"? Who knows, but this was a pretty laughable attempt at conning me. Sorry bud, no cigar.
