The name “Ideal” Honda is an understatement, basically there is no deal. While other dealers have been competitive and offering incentives for buyers, the Sales Manager has no desire nor did he make an effort to win me as a customer. The Sales Manager was rude and very arrogant, the sales staff however were very curtious and prompt in addressing my inquiries and questions. In short I wouldn’t recommend this Honda dealership.

Eric was extremely helpful, going above-and-beyond my expectations. He personally took time off work to deliver my new car to my home on a weekday evening, and gave us an amazing deal with a free extended warranty. He's given us great peace-of-mind with our purchase, and stayed in contact with us months after the sale was closed to ensure everything was great.

My husband and I are first time buyers so we basically have no idea about cars, like which one to get with the least possible cost. But Edwin was so helpful and knowledgeable, and he was able to offer us a very good deal! His customer service is excellent and we feel so comfortable dealing with him. He laid down all the best possible options we can have and is considerable of our concerns. We got a new Honda car now which is affordable and reliable. All thanks to Edwin! Also, there are a lot of food and drinks while waiting for the paper works, so help yourselves! We will definitely be back in the future in case we want a new car again :)

looking for the perfect vehicle for our family, I ended up at ideal Honda in this location , where i was shown to a vehicle that captivated our eyes. I'm referring to a beautiful eight setters grey Honda odyssey EXL 2012 . this is a very good looking and spacious vehicle , it has a very good size trunk and comfortable leather seats. it is definitely a perfect family car. i highly recommend it, as well as I recommend any body looking forward to buying a vehicle to visit the ideal Honda dealership. it's professional staff always willing to assist and to offer the best service to it's customers create a very friendly environment . Came in to browse and walked away with a brand new car courtesy of great service from Sergio. Was recommended to come and see him as another family member also bought a car from him. I went for B service yesterday and I was told of a lot of thing that needs to be done to the car and on of them is the tire rotation. The new facility has a wide window looking into the service area where you can see you car being serviced. I watched how they removed my tires and place them on the same area (front and back) the hoist being the separator. At the end when the tires were returned, I clearly saw the guy returned it on the same side where he removed them. I assumed that the tire rotation was not required then. The service guy who attended to me explained to me that the items of work has been done that includes the "tire rotation" that I clearly saw did not happen. The mechanic was called and he sounded mad and almost yelling.

It's clearly taking advantage of your customer. I paid for it anyway and left but I told the Salesman where I bought the car from that I know and saw what happened, taking advantage of your customers is what they are doing.

This shows the character of the place the people that works there. Not everyone but it does reflect to everyone. I will take my business elsewhere where people would treat you fairly. I do not ask for more, just to be treated fairly and right. I am old but not stupid.

AMAZING SERVICE! Just bought a pre-owned vehicle from this Honda location. I purchased the car from Edwin, he was extremely professional, helpful, honest, and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the car I was buying, and was never pushy. Overall amazing service - I will be sure to recommend this place to my friends and family! When we walked in the place was clean and welcoming. Thankfully we dealt with Jay from the first time we went in. He was honest, courteous and patient. We didn't feel like he was pushing a sale on us. We got a great deal and felt really comfortable driving away with our brand new Honda! If you are looking for a new Honda go in and ask for Jay Nadarajah. He'll take really good care of you!

The service I received from the sales person Edwin Sepidoza from Ideal Honda Dixie was exceptional! He was very professional, attentive to my needs and he was never tired of my questions. excellent patience with customer like me specially when I kept on changing the decision about the colors or deciding between financing or lease. My experience with Ideal Honda has been nothing short of spectacular. The facility is large, very clean, and the staff is great. The service department is very knowledgeable and efficient. In the sales department Ajmal, Adam and Victor were all very professional, informative and welcoming. You can tell these guys genuinely care about customer service and it shows. I'm always greeted with a smile when I walk through the door, and for that reason I won't go anywhere else. I pass by 2 other Honda dealerships, and I do it gladly because Ideal is worth the trip. Highly recommend this place. Cheers guys!
