Review after two oil changes. The first service was great. The car was in and out in less than an hour. The second time was a far different experience. Expecting a 45-60 minute wait it took 1hr 45 min which at the time I had a coworker to drop off. We tried for the shuttle (they live 10 minutes away via car) at the beginning (around the 25 minute wait) but was told they do not shuttle customers if they only get oil changes.

Was not expecting the outcome I received based on the first experience, too bad.

My experience at Toyota Scarborough is always a pleasant one, I don’t trust any other dealership with my car. I have been a client for over 5 years and my service advisor Jay Ells is great he is always honest, professional and very knowledgeable. Jay ensures I always leave satisfied and happy. My wife and I were very happy with our buying experience at Scarborough Toyota. Our sales rep, Angelo, took the time to fully explain the car we were test driving and answered to our full satisfaction questions about the specific trim line we were interested in you can't take that for granted, the dude at Toronto Honda kept answering my questions with details about a car with $8,000 more in options than the one I was interested in.

We found Angelo to be friendly, knowledgeable, prompt to respond to emails, and overall pleasant to work with. He's good at what he does, a solid negotiator, so do your research when you're ready to deal.

I have a very pleasant experience when we bought our new car at Scarborough Toyota. Our Product Advisor, Mr. Lito Santiago and the rest of sales staff did an excellent job. We were able to get our new car in time, complete with all necessary information provided by Mr. Santiago and the sales staff. I have also experienced an excellent after sales service and Mr. Santiago even went out of his way to assist me all the time. Surely, we will recommend Scarborough Toyota to all our friends and will buy again at this same Toyota dealership for our next new car.

Amazing location to buy Toyota cars. We bought new corolla few days back and are absolutely happy about our decision in choosing this location. I have been coming to Scarborough Toyota for over 15 years and highly recommend this dealership and its staff! I recently brought my car in for its regular servicing and left a very happy customer once again. Jay Ells, my service advisor, is highly knowledgeable, professional and honest. He goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible and sets you at ease with his friendly and approachable demeanour. I would not trust my car with anyone else or with any other dealership. Even though I live in Mississauga, I will keep returning to Scarborough Toyotathe staff and service is top notch and definitely worth the drive to Scarborough!

My experience at Toyota Scarborough was the most pleasant compared to other dealerships I visited. Zach Feld was the first to approach me and he was very inviting and extremely professional. He's definitely a right fit in the automobile industry. His knowledge and professionalism were very much appreciated. It was easy to make the decision to lease my Highlander from him. Overall, my experience was great and I would most definitely recommend his assistance at Toyota Scarborough to my family and friends.

Recently started going to Scarborough Toyota for service for my Chrysler vehicles as i was able to get them serviced for less than the Chrysler dealerships. Mike Buckberrough @ Scarborough Toyota has been outstanding. I had brakes, basic service, and some major service done on both my Dodge Journey Crew and T&C Minivan. Both vehicles are running smooth and I have a few extra dollars in my pocket!

Daisy Chen is an excellent sales advisor. I know little about car. She was very patient, answered all my questions and gave me a lot of useful advise. I wanted to buy a second-hand car. She tried all her best to keep a good car for me. If you want to have a toyota, I really recommend her.

Since 2004 we have leased 7 different vehicles, all from Paul Morton at Scarborough Toyota. Paul always works to find the vehicles we want at the best prices. Because we lease, we always take our vehicles to Scarborough Toyota for service, where Jason Ells takes care of us promptly, even on the busiest days, and advises what work or regular maintenance needs to be done then and what can wait until the next visit. If we haven't the time to wait while the vehicles are being serviced we always get a ride home and a return pick up from the friendly folks doing the shuttle service. Would definitely recommend Scarborough Toyota.

Scarborough Toyota is not only huge to see but also have each and every staff well knowledge of products and priceless smile on their face.
No matter If you are gone give them business or not but they will not disappoint you from their exceptional customer service, products, and really well experienced staff. Moreover, I visited once but now this is my permanent location rest of my life. I would like to add, This location gives very nice after sales service, is still as it is like you are first day to dealership and gone a buy new car which is good and totally satisfaction guaranteed. so I prefer to give them 10/10.

Excellent service from the Collision Repair Centre. A car backed into us in a parking lot. Avrom Brown was very helpful and gave useful advice in dealing with the other party. Thanks to his professional advice both parties were satisfied with the outcome of our negotiations. The repair was done in less time than promised. We could not have asked for more. Very impressed!
