Exceptional 5-star Customer Service & Quality at this dealership!! An unforgettable experience every-time! I refuse to go anywhere else. The sales and service teams are outstanding and go above and beyond to meet your needs! Hats off to them! They are very caring, kind, friendly and make you feel like family! You are definitely not just a number at Ontario Chrysler. They stand by their cars long after the purchase. The service team focuses on quality and pays close attention to details. Kyle was super helpful and went through everything thoroughly! I didn’t purchase a vehicle but I definitely will come back to do so in the near future. I would suggest this dealer ship to everyone that is looking for a new buy and/or their first buy! Kyle was very informative and I can’t wait to come back for my first purchase

I purchased my 2016 Jeep Cherokee from here. Everything went smooth, they took care of all the paperwork, I just signed. The credit approval process was easy and only dealt with one person the whole time. I'm also using their service and repair shop simply because they have a new technology there called Wiadvisor where they plug a diagnosis smart device into my car and the device performs a quick inspection and list the exact issues that needs repairs. I love it because it minimizes human errors, all computerized and I'm saving tons of money!! Absolutely innovative!!

It was such a wonderful experience dealing with Mike Dorosti. It sets him apart from other traditional, old school sales representatives of securing business from a focus, budget conscious buyer like me. Mike made my buying experience easier, no bullying, pressuring tactics. He easily establishes a rapport- connects, understands my needs and feelings.
I am not a big fan of North American car, but if Mike is my sales rep, chances are, I will have one I tip my cap to Mike.response / report this review -

Matt helped us decipher down our needs, wants and "nice to haves". He gave us a great breakdown for utility vehicles that would fit our requirements and our budget.
From there, he helped us test drive multiple vehicles to get a sense of the pros and cons of each option. We ended up with our Jeep Cherokee and love it!

We are So Pleased with the exceptional service received, by Mike Dorosti. We were interested in trading in our 2014 Grand Caravan, for a 2017, with exactly the same colour (black), with same features. Our only problem, (we thought) was that we live 4hrs away from Mississsauga (we're in the Bancroft area/ cottage country). No problem at all, he said. We'll pay for your gas to get here, and you'll leave here not disappointed. As it turned out we bought 2 vehicles! Highly, Highly, Recommend this Ontario Chrysler location!! I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Mike Dorosti took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Ontario Chrysler on Dixie. It was worth the hour drive to get there.

I had the most incredible experience buying my Jeep. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I have never had such an easy and pleasant experience in a dealership. There was no pressure either - just wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Matt T and Bobby B were incredible! They made me feel completely comfortable and got me the best value possible. My brother bought a similar SUV at a different dealer and mine has more features, fewer km's and $4000 dollars less. GREAT SERVICE AND A GREAT DEAL!!! I highly recommend Matt, Bobby and Ayman for an excellent sales experience. Thank you!!!

My recent experience with Ontario Chrysler, Mike Kakish in particular, was amazing. Much different than any other car shopping experience I've had until now. I usually feel pushed and I have never walked away feeling as though I truly got a good deal. I went in to help my mom look for a new SUV, and Mike was so helpful in finding the perfect vehicle for her. So helpful and accommodating, that I also ended up purchasing a new truck that I had hoped to buy one day in the future. I'm very happy that we walked in there and my mom and I are both so happy with our new purchases! I will continue purchasing vehicles from Mike in the future. I recommend Ontario Chrysler to anyone looking for a new car/truck!!

Really poor customer service. They called us back to close a deal and had us waiting for about an hour. Every 15-20 minutes or so, we'd check to see what was happening, and the receptionist would page someone, but never follow up with us. They also gave us an extreme low-ball offer on our vehicle for potential trade in, while quoting us inflated costs for minor repairs. We were spoken down to and they acted as through our business wasn't important to them, saying things like "Well, if you don't buy it, someone else will" and insinuating that the sale wasn't important as they would only be making minimal money from it. Simple out, the attitudes were bad. Very unprofessional and insulting. They are clearly not interested in having repeat customers. They only have their best interest at heart and they do not value other people's time. I would have given a zero star rating if it were possible.

Couldn't be more pleased from the service we got from Mickey. Came to get my dad a car and Mickey knew exactly which one was the best for him. Very straightforward and honest man. Would recommend to all!

Great place to by a vehicle from!
Its been about 2-3 months that my parents have been looking for a new car. The day we walked into this store we met a amazing person named Mike Dorosti. Not did we only meet a great person but got the best price and everything we wanted in a car. Cant wait to come back and get my own car very soon! (:

Best place to buy a car I've ever visited! The staff are the nicest people I've met make me feel like family. When buying parts I always feel I've got the best deal as their parts manager genuinely is a great guy and he made me laugh. Great place. Very happy with my purchase and service there after.

I had a great experience here, I didn't end up buying but I met some really great guys who were patient and helpful while I figured out what vehicle I wanted. We went on a couple test drives, but eventually I found that I was too tall to comfortably fit in the vehicles in my price range. Thanks to everyone who helped me, and hung out with me while we tried the various options. Should I ever shrink a couple feet I will be back for sure!

My friend referred to me to see Peter when I was ready to buy my truck. I called Peter late at night and set up an early morning appointment and he was very friendly and welcoming I felt like I was talking with a friend. Peter showed me a bunch of options, we even went and grabbed coffee together, the whole process was very relaxed. I chose a Ram Sport, I've been very happy with it. Peter worked really hard to get me the right vehicle at a great price and I never felt pressured. My experience at Ontario Chrysler was overall great and I will be back for my next purchase.
