I forgot to order a component to other things I'd ordered I emailed the customer service angels and they threw in the item I'd forgotten free of charge just in the nick of time!

I will definitely be ordering from CAYA again (or buying from a store if/when they reopen a store ;))

I was in the store on queen for the first time,The store staff were great,they have knowledge of all the toys thier,they give you time to browse and help you though buying.The CusterService was outstanding and thats why i would go back.They have moved and when i phoned them they said they donot have a store were you can shop just on line now.CusterService has left the building 😔you could see what you were buying and felt good,now you see a picture and hope it comes that way .would you buy a diamond from a picture or would you want to see it come as you are has lost me as a customer now.They had awesome CusterService now its on line.no store to shop at.the 5 stars is for the store on queen when it was thier.

Very relaxed atmosphere and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Most products are on display and staff are happy to guideyou when making a purchase. Some things I've found cheaper elsewhere but in the spirit of supporting co-operative business, I spend my cash here.

They have little trial size products: lube and condoms that ypu can mix and match for a rewasonable price. Takes the guess work and stress out of purchasing a large quantity of a new product.

My partner and I went to visit "Come As You Are Co-operative" for the first time today. It was amazing. The staff was very friendly, knowledgable and approachable. They helped find the right product to suit our needs. This store is very inclusive and non-judgemental making everyone feel welcome. Will definitely be returning in the future and will definitely recommend to anyone.

Come as you are is filled with the nicest most knowledgeable people I have ever met. At no point when shopping there did I ever have a question that they were not able to answer with clear helpful information, hell Sue Johanson could not have done better then these woman. It is my favourite shopping experience at any store, I almost wish it was a sex/grocery store so I had a reason to go there every day.
Keep it up!
