My experience purchasing a car at Attrell Toyota has been nothing short of positive. I would highly recommend Ryan Pinkerton, who was my sales representative. He helped me find the perfect car, and made the whole process so easy. Ryan really listened to what I needed, and found the perfect car for me by the time that I had gotten to the dealership. He provided honest advice, and listened to all of my questions and concerns. He made the process of buying a car simple and fun! I have had my car for a while now with absolutely no complaints. If you are in the market for a car, I couldn't recommend Ryan Pinkerton at Attell more highly.

Always, clear, extremely courteous and genuinely caring to give you the best customer driving experience possible. Highly recommended, especially if your looking for a long term, solid, vehicle owner/dealer relationship. For over a week, we had pleasant and delightful interaction and experience at every stage while we went through the different options of buying/leasing Toyota Prius. The staff are just amazing – courteous, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable and with a strong customer-centric professional approach. We just love the way they handled the entire process. We strongly recommend this dealership as they were successful in convincing die-hard non-Toyota couple to go for a Toyota vehicle. We do not hesitate in giving a five-star rating to this dealership. :)
Looking forward to have similar or better experience with the personnel from after-sales service as they notoriously do not follow the footsteps of sales department.

Want a great experience go to Attrell and ask for Ryan P! In the past my car buying experiences have ranged from so so to dreadful. Buying from Atrell has been the complete opposite, it has been completely amazing. They helped me find the car I love and did so by very respectfully and patiently answering all my questions. They gave me solid authentic advice and negotiated very fairly. My sales person was absolutely fantastic, if you are in the market ask for Ryan Pinkerton. He is awesome. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

I have a wonderful experience in buying and getting my cars serviced at the dealership. It has always been a pleasure to deal with Joe Borello. I have been dealing with Joe for last five years and found him very transparent in his dealings. No unnecessary charges or servicing is done on the car which is not warranted. He goes out of his way to make the whole experience is great from arranging shuttle to giving you the right advice about your car. In fact all the personnel at the dealership are great and would highly recommend to anyone.

Drove from out of town to view a vehicle, negotiated pricing and was prepared to buy the vehicle. Going to put the deposit on the vehicle we were told that a deposit had been taken.

Would have appreciated not having my time be waisted and informed is that someone else had already paid a deposit.

Honestly a great place to buy a vehicle from. I never felt pressured to buy and in fact was told a better fit for me might be a car instead of a more expensive SUV. Andrew walked me through every step and answered all my questions. If you want honesty and a pleasant experience, this is where you should shop for a Toyota.

Everyone there is AMAZING! From the moment I walked in the staff greeted me, offered to get me a drink and asked right away what they could help me with. The service department is always really good at letting me know how long it will take. I just recently bought another Toyota corolla from Attrell. This is the three car that we have bought from Attrell Toyota. Phil was amazing at showing me all the options that were available and sticking to our price range. I LOVE the new corolla and coming to Attrell Toyota. I recommend Attrell Toyota to everyone I know that is looking for a car! Keep up the great work Attrell Toyota! :)

I've always had good experiences with the Service Department at Attrell Toyota.

Whether it was for a minor issue, a tire change or an oil change everyone there always makes me feel like family.

Recently, I had a major issue with the wiring in my Toyota Yaris. It persisted over some time but each time I took my vehicle into Attrell Toyota they were very helpful and did everything they could to diagnose and rectify the issue.

On my most recent visit, it was determined that the wiring in my vehicle needed to be completely replacement. It was a big job, much bigger than I realized, but the service department did an excellent job of taking care of my vehicle and setting me up with a rental.

The work was done quickly and the team really made me feel like my safety was a priority. I appreciate all the work they have done and would recommend them to others for their excellent customer service.

I would like to give a special thanks to Joe for his help and for keeping me updated every step of the way. He is truly fantastic and always willing to go the extra mile to make his customers feel welcome and safe.

Amazing customer service at Attrell! We just purchased our car and our salesperson, Amber was AMAZING! On our test drive she was so kind and easy to talk to! It wasn't awkward feeling or have any awkward silence. Throughout the process, Amber was easy to communicate with, she always replied almost instantly.
On delivery, she made it quick and painless. We had the new keys in hand within 10 minutes.
We are beyond satisfied! I recommend Attrell and Amber to anyone!

Friendly staff, the feel of the dealership is very family-oriented. Sales associates were all friendly, but not pushy. I would prefer this dealership over other Toyota dealerships in the Brampton area.

The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable and I never felt I was been pushed to buy but rather guided through the choices, specifications and options.
But when signing the papers, the accountant tried to up sell me services and insurance by mentioning every single problem that I might face with the car. Frankly, he almost scared me out of it.
Overall experience was nice and I do like this brand.

A very good Toyota dealership. Way better than others with amazing prices especially on the used cars. The inventory is pretty amazing with lots to choose from. I bought my first car in Canada from Attrell Toyota, and I definitely feel that the way they handle customers is very good and reliable. Customer service and reception people are nice and make you feel comfortable every time you go there for some or the other reason.

They have Starbucks coffee inside for free ;)

Overall very much happy and satisfied in buying my first car in Canada from Toyota Attrell. And, if anybody going to buying a used car, I personally suggest to meet Mr. N Khan there, trust me..! Best salesman ever! I was lucky to have meet this man, he gave me an amazing car (2014 Camry) and an awesome deal which I neither got or even hope from Northwest or other Toyota dealers! Cheers!!!

I recently went through every hybrid owner’s nightmare; failed hybrid battery off warranty. Thankfully I had gone to Attrell with Joe as my service adviser; he was empathetic as he explained the situation and my options. In the end I was glad I was driving a Toyota serviced at Attrell as both were a great help with the battery issue!

I tried another dealership in the area before I settled on Attrell for all my servicing; they have never let me down and always impressed me with the depth of the service reps knowledge about my car and its workings. As a result they can get busy but I can speak from experience; any wait is worth it besides you don’t need to wait with their shuttle service. Managers David and Joe have done a great job in a tough area.
