ISX is amazing! They offer so many different trips and are very safe and reliable! Their trip itineraries let you see the best parts of the area you are visiting. You can tell the tour leaders have lots of experience and always have the best suggestions of things to do on the trips. Thanks to everyone for the great Niagara Falls and New York trips!

I have to say that it was the most exciting travel in my life. Thanks to you that was possible. Excellent service, excellent guides, very good hotels, and Aakanksha the best tour guide I've ever met.

ISX has amazing tours and day trips! The buses and hotels were great quality, but the tour guides were probably the best part. I definitely recommend going on a trip with this tour company!

The tour guide I had cynthia was incredibly unprofessional as she spent the trip back from New York on the phone with her coworker tracy saying rude things about those on the trip. Whenever someone has a question or comment, she would turn to gossip once they leave. I am very disapointed and frankly grossed out by the level of pettiness. I understand you need to rant but dont do it where customers can hear you, just because you think people wont notice. This is not high school, you are being paid to do a job, please be competent. I am very disapointed by her attitude and will not be returning

An incredible place to work. I've been a part-time tour manager for a few years now and I'm grateful for all the opportunities this job has afforded me. The entire team including operations, sales and tour management is dedicated to facilitating an unforgettable travel experience. :)

They are really great! It's cheap and all the services are really good, the hotel in NY was so nice! They have day trips, weekend trips, it's all good. I went to French Canada, Niagara Falls and NY, loved all trips. The guides are so helpful and kind. I really recommend them!
