My insurance company decided to go with this company . They are wasting every ones time. They start at 10:00 and lunch for two hours from 12:00 . and left at 3:00. only panted one side of the wall . Not well done , awful job.

To help with the water damage restoration I needed in my bedroom from a burst water pipe, I hired IBX Service because i have heard for their professional assistance. The guys were punctual, friendly, and completely honest in terms of the situation. They, then, gave me an estimate which I could hardly resist and started working, right away. They didn’t see anything difficult with the task, or so I thought because they made it look so easy. They were done by no less than four hours. I was amazed.

LOVE this company - we had a fire in one of the buildings we manage. We sent out a Bat Signal and Ta Da.. IBX to the rescue.
I have also hired them for mold and carpet cleaning from water damage!

Working with them is quite possibly one of the worst experiences in my life. They are working on a project for me that has taken over 7 months. They are unresponsive when you ask for project updates and documentation. Further, they do not provide any sort of project timelines. This company is unprofessional and a complete joke.

Absolutely unprofessional and terrible quality of work. Should be ashamed of to attitude and treatment especially after a family goes through a traumatic home fire. The value of my property decreased and I lost money repairing what was done by IBX
