The staff was amazing.. I have had them clean my furniture before and was very pleased, but this time, they cleaned my Berber carpet granted it was quite soiled but I found when it dried it is sticky

Not very impressed came in forn1.5 hrs tops a little of this machine wash and $700. Later we went looked around and missed a lot of spots regret.

Both Kyle and April showed up within the alloted time and did a beautiful job cleaning our futon and taking the stains out of our lazy boy chair. Both were very efficient and cleaned up what little mess they left. Carefully explained the drying process and post vacuuming procedure. Also, both were very supportive after being told we recently lost our dog. Excellent company and April and Kyle are A+ . Mike.😆

We tried Crystal Clean duct cleaning services as they were recommended by a friend. They arrived on time and Scott was extremely friendly and professional. They kept the workspace clean and neat and our air already feels much more fresh. It is very clear to see that they take care of their customers and take pride in the outcome of the work they do. We noted a small issue with out thermostat, and when we reported it the team was so polite, empathetic and genuinely concerned. The small issue was quickly resolved within a couple of hours of reporting the issue even though it was out of hours. Good genuine customer service is so hard to find these days. 5 stars, I would absolutely recommend them and use their services again.

Had Crystal Clean in this morning for the "two rooms, hall and stairs" deal. Came home to a clean, fresh smelling homeall the stains gone. Guys were very friendly and very fast. Would call this company again!

Bob and Jay from Crystal Clean came to my house to clean stairs , a hallway and my living room!!! The carpets are spotless, they are very quick, very polite and professional. They did their job extremely well. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs carpets cleaned. They also recommended scotch guard for the fresh carpets. I'm glad they did! I have a barfy cat!

I wanted to have the rugs of a relative cleaned while they were in hospital and they were able to fit me in their schedule kind of last minute. The work was done on schedule and the quite cleaners pleasant. The rug was pretty badly stained but I was very pleasantly surprised at how good it looked after cleaning. The price was as quoted but they did suggest deodorizing and stain protection. It was a bit extra but now the house smells nice and clean, so I think it was worth it.

I explained when booking that I was having carpets cleaned prior to moving in. When I asked them to give me a time when they would arrive, I was told they would call on the day of the appointment to provide a time whether morning or afternoon. I was called at 7:40 am and told they would come at 8 am. I left my home immediately from out of town and arrived at location by 8:15 am . They arrived at 8:25 am. They were doing the whole house. They were done and gone by 9:25 am. Something tells me a real rush job so they wouldn't be late for next appointments. The carpets were left soaking wet. Very little water extraction took place. There were may excuses for why they couldn't get some stains out. The carpets were not in bad condition to start with. I would have been better off to do the job myself. The female employee had an attitude that I was quite bossy and unfriendly. Polite but not in a pleasant way. When I said that I was really disappointed that the stains which I had called them to hopefully remove were still there, she said there's nothing I can do. You can call my boss. After her boss spoke with her, she ordered her partner to get something and then asked me to watch her while she went over an area by hand. I will never use this company again, and therefore I would also never recommend this company.

Very happy with their services! I was referred to them. I called, got a price (the best price I found) made an appointment. They called me the day of and gave us a 2 hour window of when they would arrive. Arrived within the appointed time, the service guy was friendly and did a great job! We decided to get our dryer tube cleaned out (for an extra cost) when they were there as well. Would recommend for sure!

A close friend found out she had breast cancer and was going in for immediate surgery. We wanted to help but didn't know how until we realized there actually was a GREAT GIFT we could give her. Once they remove her lymph nodes she would need a very clean home to prevent infections. So my wife and I called Crystal Clean. I explained the situation to Mike (the owner) and he said he has had these calls before and would be happy to get the job done quickly before she returned from the hospital. Mike's team did a fantastic job which gave our friend a cleaner home and a fighting chance to beat cancer.
Thanks Crystal Clean for your quick response. Next time we set an appointment for cleaning and you have a situation like our story come up, feel free to bump our job and provide them with the thoughtful service you gave us. We can wait.response / report this review -

Did a great job. Carpets looked really good when they were done. Very friendly from the person on the phone to the cleaners that showed up. Came exactly when they said they would. Would recommend to others
