I’ve been buying from this auction house for a few months now. My experience with them has been nothing but great. They offer a good variety of items for great prices. Most things I’ve bought from this auction have been a steal and in great shape. Once one item was missing pieces and I had to refund it. The family who run this business were very prompt in getting back to me and refunded me the same week. I also like that they offer cheap delivery for a 30 dollar invoices. I’m very busy with work and life and this has been a great plus for me. Just overall good deals, excellent customer service and nice people to deal with.

I've had multiple items shipped from House 2 Home Auctions. The owners are a friendly family. I appreciate that they go out of their way to get me multiple shipping estimates. They don't charge handling fees like other auctions and ensure the lowest price possible. One time they cut down a box so that dimensions were smaller and I wouldn't get charged more than I have to. That's something that you don't see much these days.

I've been buying from this new auction house for a few weeks now. James and Jenna have been very helpful. When I explained that I drive from outside the city they offered to keep my items for a few Welles for me. James stayed late a few times to accommodate me being late and even brought my items to my car. Always respectful and flexible. Bought so many things for my kids. It's like it's Christmas every Saturday hahah.

This was my first time doing online auction and was able to find great products for my home for great prices and highly recommend!!!! My products arrive on time as promised in pristine condition and looking forward to finding more quality products :)
