  Brandon and the new guy were so friendly and helpful, I forgot to mention they had multiple flights of stairs to my apartment and without hesitation they jumped into action and delivered right inside my apartment. Thanx guys you both deserve a raise.

  These folks should charge much more than they do, for their quality of mattress and level of customer service. In short I have never had such a positive experience purchasing ANYTHING.
  
  Before I arrived to Halifax, Brandon listened to my needs (I have a bad back) and made a recommendation that was the best bed I have ever slept on. It was delivered and installed to my apartment before I even arrived in Halifax (and this all happened in less than 24 hrs from the time I called the store).
  
  1 year later, I moved to the west coast and called the store. Oliver provided me all the information about this mattress and what I should look for.
  
  I spent weeks looking for something that would be as good but with no luck. So I called the store, and Latif, has offered to look into mattresses stores here in the west and help me find something similar. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  The owner noticed we were lost looking for the store, spoke to us and showed us the warehouse. We were able to order the Perfection Queen mattress that we wanted right away. Although it was after hours, he and his wife also offered to give us a ride home with the item. Mattress supports my back so well I've been sleeping like a baby since we moved here. Thank you for your hospitality!

  My contact with Furniture Shop was excellent! Through initial contact via phone and messenger, they were very helpful in answering my questions, facilitating the purchase of my leather recliner, and swift delivery. I love my recliner! I highly recommend Furniture Shop! Great service, personable communication! Thank you5 out of 5!
