As an new immigrant, English is not my first language. Michael is professional and patient. He tried his best to minimize the language barrier and explain every step of the selling procedure to me. And we made it to sell my condo. Most importantly they’re doing this with DISCOUNTED COMMISSION which saves me a lot of money. Definitely recommend Michael and his team to anyone who wants to sell their home!

Overall a great experience!! Only slight negative is there is a little too much email correspondence on the various services they're providing. It adds a little extra stress when you're concerned about missing important information during an already stressful period.

I have worked with Shannon Auby when selling two different properties and was delighted with the outcomes in both interactions. Shannon is a very dedicated professional real estate agent.
