  Powell helped me through a very stressful and what I thought was an embarrassing time in my life, and taught me financial lessons that I will now carry on. Lessons that I should have known before, but honestly had no idea and put me in the boat that I was in.
  Almost a year after my bankruptcy has cleared up and I can still count on them to be there on the other end if I have any questions through email or phone call.
  I would highly recommend them absolutely. I am very happy that I called them.

  After being put in a tough spot and a series of unfortunate financial events we turned to Powell and Associates for help with debt. It was the best decision we could have ever made. They helped us along throughout the process of getting our debt under control. Very kind and understanding and was a huge help to getting our lives back on track , cannot thank them enough for the coaching they provided. Highly recommend if you find yourself in a bad spot financially not hesitate to reach out to Powell and Associates I wish we did sooner!

  While I found myself struggling to secure a stable financial future for myself and my children as a suddenly single mom after a devastating and unexpected life event, I managed to find the light at the end of the tunnel. After being financially abandoned in ALL marital debt by my spouse and no child support of any kind, with Cheryl’s help I managed to work with my lenders to restructure my path of financial success. I am able to keep my children in their home, keep my vehicle and most importantly my self esteem. Cheryl’s informative, reliable and down to Earth approach has helped me realign my goals with positive self sustaining outcomes. She reminds me that even though life can be unfair, if you stay focused and work hard at it, stay the course, you can rebuild yourself in the process. I would recommend taking the time to talk to her if you find yourself struggling, no matter how you got to where you are now. It can only get better from here if you decide to take action and help yourself.

  Our trustee was very down to earth and east to talk to. She made it manageable and was reassuring throughout the process. We were given lots of strategies to use going forward that would help our financial health and we have that knowledge now to make better decisions and set ourselves up for success. Overall, good experience during a stressful time.

  After finally accepting bankruptcy as the only choice, the process was smoother and less stressful than anticipated.The planning stage was a must and helped the procedures to run smoothly. Robert, Wendy and their employees were like friends and always answered questions with kindness, empathy and efficiency. The monthly submissions, education and budgeting was realistic and went surprisingly well and easier than imagined. We highly recommend their professional approach and process if you have the need.
