  Dan was perfect. He works so hard and thoroughly enjoys what he does. My family was in a tight spot and after talking to him each time I felt looked after and cared for. He is honest and great at what he does. I recommend him 100%.

  Me and my partner had almost given up (while dealing with a different mortgage broker for 3 months) when one final google search revealed "Daniel Cox - Mortgage Alliance". I gave a call with no hope in my mind but there was our Santa waiting for us in September. He patiently took all our information and made everything look so much hopeful just in the first phone call. Long story short, Daniel is one of the best out there. Very very quick response time, detailed explanations and support to any and every confusion/questions you might have and goes above and beyond to serve his clients. If you are someone who have lost all hope, definitely give Daniel a call before pulling the plug on your mortgage plans. And if you are just looking for a reliable and helpful mortgage broker, Daniel is surely your guy.

  Dan was very helpful with myself and fiance getting a mortgage! Was able to help us with getting our finances in order. Was always available when we had questions and very prompt when things needed to be signed or adjusted.

  Dan is very good at his job. He knows it inside out and he will and has many times, explained things in a way a regular bloke like myself would understand. He's very professional yet dealing with him was like dealing with someone I've known for years and I could speak freely.

  I would recommend Dan and his team at Mortgage Alliance to anyone. He made the entire process easy for us. Even when the lender threw hurdles in our way Dan stepped up and always went the extra mile to ensure that everything was easier from our end.
