I was very pleased with the work and the way your staff  handled things on my behalf, a job well done. I had lot of questions during the process, from filling out documents to submitting Claim form. Made few phone calls and always got answers to them, If not available always returned my calls. A special thanks to Dayna MacGillivary and Erin Kennedy for looking after me during this action. I would surely recommend your firm to anyone who is seeking legal advice.

Throughout the years, your kindness and dedication in making sure that not only my mother but our family received the attention and compensation for the injustices that have happened to my mother, is something that we will never forget. Over the years, you have come up in many, many conversations that we have had. Again, your kindness and dedication is something that will never be forgotten. Although the loss of my mother was very sudden, we know that she did not suffer, and she is once again free from her locked in body.

After being a victim of what I believe to be medical malpractice, I turned to Wagners. These people are true professionals, and they always made themselves available. Their lawyers and assistants were straightforward with me throughout the entire process. Top notch communication skills. Top notch advice. Top notch honesty. And in the end, they brought about a satisfactory resolution to my case. I had a completely positive experience with these folks, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This process went before the highest court in the land, Supreme Court of Canada. Canada’s highest court ruling allowed the case to move forward without delay. I would also like to compliment the staff at Wagners for their professionalism and assistance to me in the process. The staff were very professional and informative as to what information was needed such as any forms I needed to complete. I would refer your Law Firm to anyone who is in need of legal advice or assistance with the legal processes.

I found the entire experience most informative and professional when dealing with the staff and lawyers. Amber was a delight to speak with and she couldn't do enough for me.
