The hotel's restaurant, Bella Vita, is Niagara-on-the-lake's hidden gem! The coziness of open trellied terrace, the view from the bar and the food! Food is amazing!
Not the most friendly. Looked at us weired when we wanted to sit at the bar. Had the Cornish game hen. Was dry. Was told that everyone else got it and had no complaints. Didnt even look at it. Everything else was good.
Good location. Right on the main strip. Pretty inexpensive rooms and great customer service. We had a bit of a booking issue but it was resolved promptly even at 1am. Would definitely stay here again.
Hotel is just ok. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a tiny portion of cheese and a tiny portion of ham with a piece of bread. This I didn't like. If you are not going to have a buffet at least you should serve "normal" portions. On the other hand the guy that served the food was the same that was at the front desk so he forgot to put things in the table such as butter and he also forgot to serve biscuits to our family
Located at main street with their own parking. Stay for only one night but everything was good. The breakfast delicious but if you eat a lot you'll need more
The lack of dinner guests on a weekend evening should have been a sign to us. The service was poor with not s single smile from the staff and my 8 year old could have made better pasta.
Went in for the first time to order 2 for 1 pizza (restaurant special as they are closed for renovations). They charged the tax on the second pizza. Not sure when tax on free = $2.25. When we called back the representative insisted they need to charge tax on the entire original price for two pizzas, they need to read the tax website. Plus we did not think the pizza ($17 for a medium) was that good. Should have read the reviews before ordering. We will not be back.
