  service is terrible absolutely The worst service in all of Windsor Essex County from the front desk and the salesman. Getting things delivered is like pulling teeth never going back there again no matter how cheap they are

  Worse customer service I have ever witnessed. I'm building a home, I was told by the builder to go select the flooring and bathroom material and I have been there 5 times and the person that is supposed to be helping us is on vacation. The logical thing to do is assign someone else to help me. instead they kept telling me to come back. I finally had enough and asked if someone else could help meI was told by the manager that he was busy and needs a few minutes I told him that it wasn't a problem after walking around for 20 minutes I noticed his computer screen and he was browsing the Internet for dog items I didn't say anything and went and waited on the chairs.he finally came over and told me that he didn't have time to help me and if it was going to take an hour he doesn't have the time . he was rude and very disrespectful. This is no way a customer should be treated. I will be speaking to the builder to purchase my material elsewhere even if it costs more if you guys do end up buying from this place I recommend you stay away from a guy named Terry.

  Disrespectful, unprofessional and degrading. The workers at Hi Neighbor are very professional and helpful, I would definitely deal with Al again but only if he worked at another business. My spouse and I wanted to purchase from a local business and not one of the Big Box stores, but that was not a good idea. When an error was made on the underlay for the floor we purchased, it was agreed for me to return it and be replaced but the owner, TERRY DARBYSON was one of the rudest most ignorant people I have ever met and thought it would be fair to charge me again for the new underlay but give me 20 cents off per square foot, WOW such a generous man. When I advised him that professional floor layers that were referred by his workers said the one sold to me was wrong, he stuck his hand in my face and told me what I had was fine and that it was me. He was loud, belligerent and an He walked away from me three times, he even had his staff in tears and she mentioned not the first time for his attitude. All I can say is I will NEVER purchase another item from this store and with any luck someone deserving of the business will run it and maybe TERRY DARBYSON could get a job loading the docks at one of the BIG BOX stores. I think he has no idea what hard work is or that woman do a lot more than just cook and clean. Good Luck to his employees.
