We went to 4 other stores comparing prices for bridesmaid dresses. This store was the only one that heard us when we said we were comparing prices and picked out the perfect dress at a great price! Other stores were either not helpful or picked out $300 dresses. The woman in there are super nice and helpful. Great experience.

Today my older sister my mother and I walked into this store and Recieved fantastic service. The three of us girls had very different tastes, style choices, Body shapes and budgets. She managed to accommodate all three of us. She did not push us to make purchases. She simply listened to what we had in mind and continued to pull dresses for each of us til we were happy with our choices. We did not feel rushed and we actually tried on as many as we liked. I truthfully couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful dresses I left with today. I wear plus size and tried four other shops previous that had very few selection for a girl of my size. Here I didn't have to sacrifice my choice just cause of my size. I would for sure return here for dresses on future occasions.

I cannot explain the wonderful experience my sister, mother and I had today at your shop. It was truly a pleasure doing business with you. Our very unique needs for a three day event was more than accommodated for. You were warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Your hospitality went further than you'll ever know. You were willing to work with our budget needs and our specific preferences for each of our varying body types. You made us feel special and beautiful from the first dress of the day the very last; your enthusiasm never wavered. We are beyond grateful for your customer service and eargerness to assist us. We are glad to have made the purchases we did for the large amount of dresses we needed and will most certainly be returning customers. We walked In not sure what to expect but were made to feel important and cared for beyond belief. We left with everything we needed and more. THANK YOU. I highly and personally recommend.

Although I was a walk-in the women there were extremely helpful and so nice. They helped me try on 13 different dresses and were not pushy at all for me to pick a dress. When I finally found "my dress" off the sale rack they agreed and were so happy for me, instead of being upset that I didn't get the $7000.00 dollar dress that I also loved. They even stayed after closing time to help me find a fail and belt to match! I will definitely be going back there for my bridesmaid dresses and I would recommend any bride to be to go to this bridal store!

Even though I was a walk in I received great service!! Had a huge selection, did not make me feel bad about my budget, brought me many dresses that I absolutely loved, listened to all my wants and generally made it a very fun and happy experience :)

Searching for a wedding dress is a daunting task and something I was not really looking forward to. I've heard about many snobbish experiences and even had one myself in another bridal store. I was apprehensive walking in but Nelly made me feel completely comfortable. She was not even fazed that I had no idea what I wanted, I didn't have an appointment and that my wedding was less than 6 months away. She just jumped right in with all kinds of suggestions and I started trying on dresses. I tried on a bunch and ultimately found a gorgeous dress that was completely me. Nelly went above and beyond and their customer service is fantastic. They have an amazing selection and very reasonable prices. I would recommend His & Hers to anyone looking for a dress.

I went for my very first bridal appointment with Kylie. The consultant was patient and very helpful. I did not by a dress, but I was happy she was willing to help me find my style and willing to take pictures of my top 3 dress considerations. She made shopping by myself a more pleasant experience.

This woman is amazing and has an eye for the perfect dress to fit your body. The store has more inventory then any place I have ever been to. She was extremely helpful and wasnt at all pushy for me to pick a dress. It's no wonder this business is still around.

Went in to look for a wedding dress. Was told all the dresses could be ordered in larger sizes. I have some weight to lose as i just had a baby and wanted to try different styles. The person who was supposed to be "helping" me wouldn't let me try on a dress one size down which is the dress i have been looking at for weeks. She said it wouldn't fit and put it back on the rack. She was not around to do me up and i felt rushed in trying on dresses. My maid of honor was awesome and stepped in and did her job. I tried on the dress i wanted and it did fit and looked beautiful. There is beautiful dresses but the service wasn't the best. I won't be getting my dress from here.

My sister-in-law went to 4 different bridal stores before going to His & Hers Bridal. Great friendly service, very helpful, lots of style dresses at affordable prices. Any bride with any budget can come here. My sister-in-law found her dress and was so thrilled!!
