Terrible customer service. Called to book a taxi for my wife's birthday and was told we would be picked up in 10 minutes. The taxi never showed and when I called to check the status the customer service rep hung up on me. Called repeatedly and nobody answered. Disappointing.

The drivers are friendly and the car are very clean. They are very prompt and always get me where I need to go on time. I've never had a problem with them. The best taxi company in town by far keep up the good work.

I read the reviews before calling this taxi and they did not disappoint. Dispatch said Taxi will be here in 15 minutes. It was there in 15 minutes. Driver took the route i described without slowing down but always drove safely. No unnecessary time wasting & accepted credit card payment. Cab was clean to satisfactory standards. Overall, highly satisfied.
