Raintech provided great customer service from the first time I walked into their showroom, to installation concerns and finally a field call to blow out my sprinkler lines. I would highly recommend Raintech for their DIY package - they gather and label all required components, set up the valve box arrangement and go over the entire install in great detail. What a great experience!

Hi, Bill here. If you want the best professional down to earth customer service in the industry Rain Tech Irrigation is the company for you. I am a DIYer and have never completed an irrigation project on my own before. Amit provided me with everything I needed to get the job completed. It was like he was right there with me the whole time. He even came out to the house to put finishing adjustments on the system to ensure it worked as he designed. Amit even got down on his knees in the wet cold weather without complaint to adjust the main valves. I have not seen this kind of great customer service for a very long time. This company is highly recommended. Thanks again Rain Tech and especially you Amit.

We have been using Raintech for our irrigation needs for at least 10 years and wouldn't even consider going elsewhere. The service staff are professional, punctual, thorough and very knowledgeable and have solved every issue we have had with our nearly 1/3 acre yard without a single hiccup. We have very extensive landscaping in a yard surrounded by large old trees, and providing adequate sprinkler service to cover all areas has been an ongoing challenge..I have always been able to count on Raintech's professionals to deal with each issue as it arises and make adjustments or changes as needed.

The office staff are tremendous( big shout out to Lavinia! )..appointments are scheduled promptly and invoicing is seamless. This is just a really well run, dependable company and we recommend them highly..5 stars!

We've been Raintech customers for nearly a decade now and we could not be any happier with their products and service! Lavinia's communication skills are tremendous. She is prompt, always honest and very knowledgeable. When I've spoken to James, his advice has been helpful and he provides cost effective solutions. Raintech's technicians are also of the highest quality. They show up on time, every time, and leave your property in better condition than when they arrived! Recently, I had an issue with my valves which was resolved in the manner I've described in this testimonial. This company has been looking after my irrigation system since 1983. Every few years I forget to book my blow out and once in a while I need to find another contract to do it, but I keep going back because they know their stuff.
