Nothing but two great experiences working with this company, both Debbie and Eric were very helpful and attentive to our situation and made sure that we were taken care of ASAP, would highly recommend this place.

Engaged with bayview glass in late may 2016. After many lies, misguidance, calls from ceo of supplier in California who stated he had no idea about where my product was etc, bayview shows up in late October to begin installation of glass on my balcony. They forgot tools and showed up in November to install finally. They forgot to order the caps which later came in. The so called owner comes to my house unannounced, places the caps on and doesn't screw them in. Over the winter and during heavy winds I find the caps in my yard. Great to have flying pieces of metal with young kids playing in my yard. As of early December he states I have his completed product. In February of 2017 he send me a bill for full price after told me he would do something. Not once did he contact me back and now I get a message he is taking this to collections. I had a terrible experience with this company which continues to compound itself. I guess I will see him in court

We had our bathroom and basement redone last year, which was mostly a horrible experience, but we had no issues whatsoever with Bay-View. We had them install a large beveled mirror at our vanity. They came when they said they would for both the measurement and the installation. Their price was great. Installation was smooth. Highly recommended.

I've called 3 times to get a quote and they can't be bothered to come take a look.
