Foyer is larger than normal so didn't feel closed-in. Staff very accommodating. Rooms are spacious with all necessary amenities needed. Best shower heads ever in any hotel I've stayed in. Will spread the word that this is the place to stay while in Organgeville.

Home from home. We were a little late for breakfast, and a lady in the kitchen named Catalina came and welcomed us and went out of her way to put some breakfast together for us. We thanked her, said what a lovely lady she was, and gave us a hug. You just don't get this at hotels, but what a nice touch, she did not have to do this. Over and above what she was expected to do. She is a gem.

Not impressed for the money. Staff never answer the phone promptly and say they will call back and take hours to do so. Came in for a wedding.left our older boys with their younger sister at hotel with movies and pizza. ..and the power went out. .kids were freaked out and where were the generators??? So we had to leave the family wedding early to come and help our kids by then power was back. Found a sewing needle on carpet and bugs on bathroom floor. Manager and staff didn't seem to care or willing to compensate. Not willing to go the extra mile.

Stayed here last weekend for a wedding. Nick was friendly at the front desk and checked us in quickly. Room was ready early which was nice, considering there were 3 different wedding parties using the hotel that weekend.

Room was nice, beds were comfortable and room felt clean and updated. Our eyes were drawn to an obvious patch in the wallpaper and it was peeling at another seam.

Our washroom was also indicative of a high volume room - seat was loose on the toilet, the shower dripped from both the shower head and the faucet (and for some reason, the drain was closed so there was water built up in it when we got in the room).

Lights in the wings were motion activated, so getting off the elevator into a dim hallway until we started walking was unexpected, but not unsafe.

The room was well ventilated and we slept well. The little coffee maker in the room was nice to put a cup in first thing and the TV had a good selection of channels.

The breakfast was OK - standard continental style with coffee, juices, cereal, breads, yogurt, and a 'make your own breakfast sandwich' station with some eggs that looked like they were a little old, spiral ham cut into pieces and homefries. For a free meal it was OK but definitely not enough to make me feel full.

Overall, for a 1 night stay it was sufficient and if I'm in the area again, I would stay again. Thanks.

Nice setting, friendly helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast quality. Real poached eggs. The rooms are nicely decorated. When you enter the lobby it feels luxurious.

Very tidy and fresh. Clean room, looks brand new. Good free WiFi, measured at 8 Mb/s. Breakfast same industrialized stuff most mid range hotels offer. Decent coffee machine in the lobby.

Susan, the evening front desk clerk was wonderful. She was very professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel has beautiful architecture and interior design. The salt water pool was delightful! Highly recommend this hotel if you need accomodation in Orangeville. I left there to go to a luxury resort hotel nearby for a couple of days conference, and well despite the resort being well known ans having a good reputation, this Best Western is far nicer!

Room was top notch. Fully stocked with white fluffy towels. Not one spec of dirt was in the room. Great job to the housekeeping staff! Breakfast was amazing,Colleen from the kitchen helped me with the waffle machine and nick from the desk was super friendly. Not one complaint.

The Best Western in Orangeville Ontario allows residents in the community access to their pool and fitness area for a monthly fee. My mother and I have started to use this as a way to loose weight. It is a great alternative to the gym or public swimming for those wanting something on a smaller and quieter scale.

The place is gorgeous but not a place to get any serious sleep. On highway 10 the is lots of exceedingly loud truck noise at all hours of the night. Three is a lot of ambient interior noise as well and even my white noise maker couldn't down it out. Not sure who thought it was a good idea to illuminate the hotel exterior by assuming high powered spot lights at all the windows but it's really distracting and difficult when with the blackout curtains to get any real darkness. The gym was nice, didn't try the pool. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Avoid the specialty coffee machine at all costs. Considering the cost for the nightA lousy value

Generally we enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and the rate ($159) was good. Only a couple of issues: No robes in room; Breakfast buffet was understocked. Another thing - The hotel has been renamed from Best Western to Best Western Plus this year. We were unable to see anything that changed that would warrant an improvement or upgrade.
