If the purchase is about $1.65m for a near unique creekside location and the cost of the Park is about $450,000 then at about $2.1m would that be about a one time cost of $120 per Canmore resident or $12 per resident per year for the next 10 years. If that math is right i think it would be a welcoming gateway for all the pedestrian and Bike traffic the pathway confluence will bring through that entrance to Downtown Canmore. We worked with both Brad and Drew on the purchase of our new Condo. Having a team available to work with was invaluable for us as we were making the purchase from out of town. They were prompt with responses, and were able to be there when we weren't which made the process so much easier for us. Their extensive history with the Canmore market was invaluable, and were able to provide sound advise on the many questions we had.

I worked with Brad and Drew to sell my condo and am beyond pleased with my experience.
From my initial inquiry (to which Brad instantly replied to!) through to the closing of the home, I felt that the whole Hawker-Betts team was dedicated to ensuring that my home sold, not only in the timeframe that I was hoping for, but also for the price I was seeking.
Being the first time I sold a property, I had plenty of questions, and Brad, Drew and Cindy were always available to answer my questions, provide advice, or explain the process. I was very impressed with the professional photos, extensive marketing, and detailed reports I received about my home.

We had been looking casually for a weekend place in Canmore for several years, and when we became serious, Brad and Drew helped us find a great condo. They were friendly, helpful, professional and incredibly easy to work with. They twisted our arms to make a special trip to Canmore to see a place before it actually hit the market, and we ended up buying it. Thanks to both of you!

Brad and Drew helped us find and purchase our condo about 5 years ago, and then helped us sell it this month (Jan/16). We were buying as a corporation and it had more requirements and complexity than a typical personal purchase/sale. They were on top of every detail and made sure all conditions were met. We may personally buy in Canmore in the future, and if we do, we will definitely ask Brad and Drew to handle our purchase. We thank them for their excellent work and strongly recommend them.

These guys have established themselves as some of the best in the business, largely due to their knowledge of the local market and their patient approach. Thanks to Brad, Drew and Mark for their hard work in selling our townhouse condo. We had a few unforeseen setbacks along the way, but their professionalism and persistence paid off. Our questions were always answered quickly and at all times they kept us informed of everything that was happening.
