I would give harry Rosen a zero if possible for selling those disgusting Canada Goose Coats in the store. I was shocked when I saw that and won't be shopping here anymore

Best in class organization that offers tailor made services for its diverse clientel on an going basis. Constantly updating, and upgrading it's services and delivery channels. Very hands on organization with well coordinated departments and personnel. Valet parking, refreshments, etc on offer in addition to seasonal sales/promotions.

The largest Harry Rosen store in Toronto. It is beautiful with helpful staff. They are also the only store in the country to retail Black Label Armani menswear.

Good selection of menswear. Although I purchased a sweater online which didn't fit properly. They had a smaller size in-store which was supposed to be on hold for me to exchange. For some reason they didn't hold it for me so they were forced to refund my purchase. I bit disappointing.

I regularly have positive shopping experiences at this Harry Rosen location, though I've had some eyebrow raising moments at some of the price tags and the staff really act as though they're on a commission basis; whether or not they are, I can't confirm. Nice store layout, lots of selection.
