I was in an accident and lost a car that meant a lot to me. I found a car on auto trader that I couldn't stop thinking about but really didn't think I would be able to purchase based on personal reasons.
Jerry and Stewart made it happen!! They were kind and understanding and worked diligently to make sure that I got the car that I wanted with a VERY decent financing rate. They were available to answer all of my questions and concerns. Never waited for a call back
I am now the proud owner of a Mazda Speed that I never though I would have.

I recently purchased a 2018 F150 truck from Erinwood Ford based on recommendations from friends. I was not disappointed. Lucas helped me find the exact truck I was looking for. He wasn’t pushy at all and he was able to answer all my questions. I will be using him again when my lease is up.

I just picked up my third Ford in a row from Erinwood and continue to be impressed. In particular, I've dealt with Vivian Szatmari each time and could not recommend anyone more. Aside from being friendly, she knows what she's talking about, no nonsense and once again made the process exceptionally easy.
The vehicle was clean and ready to roll when they said it would be, Vivian then took the time to show me all of the new features and how they worked.

Walked in to inquire about cars and it’s been a very good experience with this dealership ever since. Mark Maguire helped me out from the beginning and full marks to him for trying his best. He’s great at explaining the car features, other details, financing options, discounts etc. Bought a fusion. Do give this dealership a try. Highly recommended.

My partner and I had the pleasure of Matt Trueman helping us buy not only our first car together, but also our first car in Canada. From the second we walked into the showroom Matt was warm, helpful, knowledgeable, approachable, personable and kind. We asked every question in the book, and Matt answered every one. We felt completely comfortable sharing our concerns, and our hopes with Matt, and he was honest, respectable and understanding of every one. He laughed and joked with us, and got to know us on a more personal level to ensure he could find us the perfect car for our needs, budget, and lifestyle. Matt is a true gem and a genuine, sweet man. Every second of our car purchase was amazing and completely stress-free, and on top of that, we have peace of mind knowing that Matt is just a phone call and/or text away. When our lease is up in 2 years, we will return to Ford to get our next car and look forward to doing business with Matt once again. Matt is our car-man for life - now, we won't buy from anyone else! I would like to thank John and Raj for making my experience at erinwood ford amazing. i felt comfortable right when i showed up. They were polite knowledgeable and easy going. First time buying a Ford, and I'm glad I chose Erinwood. Dave Grittani made everything pleasant and fun, from the test drive, to the paperwork, to the usually stressful money aspect, which was now a breeze. He's very knowledgeable about their cars, never pressured me into anything, and was very helpful in finding the right financing plan to suit my needs. My 2017 Fusion is amazing. I feel like these next few years will fly by, until I'll be back at Erinwood for my next purchase.

I had the pleasure of buying a new Mustang and my first Ford from Erinwood Ford. My sales rep was Kyle Pond and hands down I had a fantastic experience dealing with Kyle. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new Ford. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and guided me honestly and patiently throughout the entire ordering to delivery process (mine was a custom order that took about 2 months to deliver). At no point did I ever feel pressured by Kyle and I was extremely satisfied with his level of professionalism and patience. I have bought many cars in my past and I must say the customer service I received at Erinwood Ford was one of the best ones. I believe they recently renovated their dealership and I was quite impressed at how big and clean their facility is. All departments seem to be well structured and definitely feels like a premium dealership. My entire experience with Erinwood Ford including pre-sales, deal process, delivery, and post-sales service has been amazing and I would be returning to Erinwood Ford in the near future to buy my next Ford.

When I visited Erinwood Ford my intention was not to buy a vehicle that day. I was there for information as I have been shopping around at other dealers/brands. However when I met Lem I was quite impressed with his knowledge and expertise and above all his warmth and sense of humour. He made me feel comfortable and took my request for information seriously and professionally which I did not experience elsewhere. I was interested in the Ford Escape and he recommended a package that met my needs and finances. Overall the experience with Lem from the time I met him until I drove off in my new vehicle was awsome.
Adam was very helpful explaining the warranty packages which made it very easy for me to say yes. He made the financing process very stress free for me.
I enjoyed my overall experience at Erinwood Ford and I would recommend Lem and Adam to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.response / report this review -

Very good dealership to work with.
Lem had a warm approach and a very personable manner. I felt that he was trying to help me get the best for my purchasing power. He was great to work with and made the transaction go smoothly. I will sing his praises to others so they also have someone to look forward to working with.

If you want to get great service in a fun environment, go to Erinwood Ford for your next car. They will make sure you get a car that suits you at a price that meets your budget. I just got my second car with Mark Maguire and, just like the first time, he was a pleasure to deal with. Most people don't really like negotiating for a new car, but they make the process painless at this dealership. Give it a shot and you won't be disappointed!

Matt & Robin were an absolute pleasure to work with. I came into the dealership looking to buy a new F-150. Matt handed me the keys so I took it out for a drive. Loved it. After sitting down and talking numbers we had made a deal. Matt was knowledgeable, friendly and by no means pressured me into buying a truck that was more than I needed. I came in on Saturday and picked up my truck on Wednesday.
Robyn in the business office was an absolute gem. She knows her stuff and didn't try to up-sell me on warranty/insurance that I didn't need. She was organized, friendly, very easy to talk to and answered all of my wife's (multiple) emails.
Shout out to Nick who appraised my trade in and took the car to a Kia dealer to see what they would pay for the car, and then he called around to make sure the # was legit.
Thank you to everyone at Erinwood Ford for making this experience such a breeze.

I highly Recommend Erinwood Ford for anyone shopping for a Ford. The experience at the dealership and the staff are professional, kind and helpful. After shopping around for a new Ford Edge at different dealerships, Marc McGuire at Erinwood Ford offered us the best experience and best price in the market. He is very professional, kind and helpful. Unlike typical car salesmen, Marc wasn't pushy. In fact he did everything in his capabilities to help us secure the color we wanted from another dealership despite the color being hard to find. He made sure to negotiate on our behalf and get us the best trade value on our old car and take advantage of all the promotions that were available to us. He also trained us on the technical features of the car. I highly recommend Marc due to his professionalism, down to earth and helpful attitude. He really made sure that we were fully satisfied from closing the deal to finalizing the financing and extended warranty with his colleague in the finance department.
