Main entrance /wheelchair accessible is at the back of the building. Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, great view of the Thames river from the lounge, free coffee from 6 - 11 a.m. in the 2nd floor kitchen, large kitchen(ette) with 2 induction burners, a toaster oven, dishwasher, & 2 fridges on each floor. My room has a small fridge, and half bath. Shared shower & bathrooms on each floor. Shared balcony. Close to University Hospital and Western University.

Surrounding environment is beautiful and leisure. Good-equipped kitchens and kids facilities are good for family visitors. BTW, facilities inside the room are old, and number of room with full bathroom facilities is only 6, others need to share the bathrooms.

It's OK considering its cheap price. Clean, economical, and close to the university. It works well if u just want a room to stay in overnight. Heating is a bit too warm tho.

However, u don't have your ensuite bathroom. U got a shared public bathroom outside your room. Not as convenient. Guess that s what u have for the price.

For the price it was a decent place. The sink had long black hair in it, the bed was lumpy, and the room was way too hot.
All that being said I would stay again given how close it was to western and how cheap it was.

A great, economical facility for those caring for patients at nearby University Hospital! Being a carer can be stressful enough, without long travel time or expensive lodgings nearby. This place is not fancy, but clean, cheap and handy.

Good place to rest your head. Offering a shared kitchenette for those guests with longer stays. Excellent staff to greet you. Room was clean and well kept. I will definitely be back.

This is a great option for those needing a overnight stay while at University hospital or long term if needed. It is only a few minute walk on well lite paths and in a very quiet area. They are also an affordable place to stay if just in London visiting. Very clean, with helpful friendly staff.
