Our room was exactly what we were looking for. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a full kitchen and living room. Very spacious and clean, a home away from home. Excellent customer service. Parking is a bit tight for bigger vehicles in the underground garage but otherwise a perfect visit.

Lindsey was great, she gave us an awesome room. Staff were friendly and breakfast was tasty. I'd stay here again. Former apartment building I believe.

The room was big and allowed for our party of four to feel comfortable with our own space all the while enjoying each other's company in the eating area. The kitchenette was an added bonus. The breakfast was fantastic and since we stayed for 2 nights there was also variety from one day to another. It was the first time I have seen individual Nutella packages available. The location was great. The only down side was the construction in the front of the building!

Excellent Customer Service
We were just in London for a wedding and stayed at the Residence Inn .
The staff were helpful, friendly and the room was clean.
Good housekeeping and excellent breakfast.
We recommend and we will stay again next time we are visiting.

Stayed here for a night out after visiting friends. Nice, clean room and was very quiet. However, I received a smoking charge (neither my partner or I are smokers) and they have not been co-operative with solving the problem. Ended up spending much more money for a single night stay than necessary. I've tried calling numerous times and now after a month and a half later, they still haven't returned my calls. My experience was great until after the initial stay and because of that, I can not recommend the Residence Inn.

Extremely clean, modern , spacious , beautiful rooms . Stayed here twice so far and would definitely again . Perfectly clean . Good free breakfast every morning . Daily events . Housekeeping is prompt and on time in cleaning rooms . Extremely safe hotel . Lovely front desk service. Lots of smiling faces and lovely people.

The parking garage is really tightly packed so that made me nervous, but the rooms are awesome and the staff was very friendly. It was so nice being able to cook and make food in the room without having to depend on going out or ordering food. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of options. We will definitely be staying here again!

This hotel was great and we all enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was more than helpful to meet our needs and brought us ice which we needed. The room was great and very clean, overall great stay!

The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The only thing I would change is the lighting. It was very harsh (led energy efficient bulbs in florescent white). Only the wall sconce provided a warm colour and even in the bedroom it was too harsh of light tone. The breakfast was good quality and lots of food available. The parking garage has a very sharp turn when you first enter and I was afraid I would hit my fender on the wall.
The market in the lobby has outrageous prices for snacks.
Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, staff was friendly.response / report this review
