We were given a room and charged more than the rate i was given by the booking website. We got stuck in a room with two single beds and a bathtub/shower combo where the bathtub had about a 2 inch rise. I was so disgusted by the bathroom i couldnt even take a shower. The room felt cold. The only good thing was tim hortons was next door so I drown my sorrow in coffee and donuts.

Staying in this Motel is waste of money. I had to stay couple of days and the place was supposed to have internet. Later I found that the internet is down and doesn't work!!. I told them three times and they didn't care. The manager is not really caring!!! It's also pretty far from university and downtown. The room also was not clean enough. I do not suggest at all. Terrible experience for me! save your money and time!

After giving my correct credit card info over the phone they said it had not gone through. I discovered this as I tried to check in at 11 pm! They were full and I had to find another hotel for that night. I have no idea why they didn't call me to let me know. Be very careful about a small hotel where you cannot book on line.

Good rooms, nice space and pretty much private all the time, perfect for 1-2 nights if the budget is small. Also has smoking option🙏

I paid $65 for the night, over all you get what you paid for. I would recommend to a friend and would stay again myself.

The staff or receptionist of this rat hole of a motel was caught stealing my telephone that had almost three years of my personal family life on it including important birthdays that I'll never see again. The young man mid tweentys stole the phone and had it on while my find I phone was also on. He refused to give back my phone even tho to him it was of no value. I sadly had to set the phone to useless mode to ensure that this despicable theif could not use it or gain any profit from my brand new almost $1200 iPhone, Shame on this motel and the family members he called to come take my phone with them as I watched it on a map leave the receptionist desk and down Wellington. I hope nobody goes threw what I went threw and I hope that they do something about the cleanliness of there establishment as I wouldn't use there motel to house inmates. Shame on you Super 7 Motel on Wellington Rd London

I love this motel! They have fridges and microwaves in the room. Always clean, always friendly. Right next to a Tim Hortons which is great for breakfast or a midnight snack. Close to White Oaks mall and downtown. Good rates and comfortable pillows. I stay here regularly.
