The rooms are always comfortable and the setting is lovely. I do recommend paying for the valet parking as the public lot doesn't have security and isn't right on site. Valet parking is on site and secure.

Absolutely the best customer service hands down! These people, in every department, know how to provide their customers with the ultimate care no matter the request. If you remember customer service/care and wish to experience it first hand then the London Delta Armouries is the only place you need to go to find it. These people should put on a course for all businesses no matter the profession. If your company has customers then the staff at this hotel could teach all you need to know to gain and maintain success!!!! Amazing, absolutely amazing.

Pool and spa both need a good clean especially the tiles around the sides of the pool. However the staff are very helpful. The updated rooms are nice but very thin walls. Nice atmosphere at the hotel. Good food

We had our wedding reception at the Armouries. The whole event was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Brittany, our coordinator, was exceptional! She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We couldn't have been happier with the entire process and the actual event!

My newly wife and I can't say enough good things about the London Delta Armouries with all they did on our wedding day. The staff was very accommodating , cheerful, and extremely helpful from the Valets, Front Desk (especially Sabrina), housekeeping, and especially the restaurant/lounge staff. Some of them were there serving us till 12 am and then back at it in the morning for breakfast and they were extremely happy and polite. Everyone made our day feel a little more special then it already was. From now on it will be our only hotel we shall stay at in London. Keep up the good work!

I am loving this place.
The rooms are very clean.
Very nice place. Freshly renovated.
Friendly staff.
If you are coming to London this is definitely the place to stay.
Right in the heart of downtown and close to everything.
Fantastic service, they made me feel I am at home.
The self serve parking is across the street but is really inexpensive and once you pay you can go in and out as many times as you want.

Beautiful hotel. The staff are extremely friendly. Me and my family go here a couple times a year and attend their brunch for Christmas and easter. Food is great and again, so is the service. We will keep coming back

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times when I've been in town on business. The location is great.. A short walk from the train station and close to where my meetings are. The hotel is lovely, nicely decorated. The bar has very good food and service. The rooms are large and have everything you need. I especially like that they all have mini fridges. I was upgraded to a suite last time I was there and it was fantastic. The service was good Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Really nice hotel. They keep the castle theme going inside. The room was clean and we were provided with everything we needed to stay the night. They have a pool and breakfast in the morning as well as room service. There are plenty of restaurants/bars near by. Staff was very nice but be careful when you make a reservation as ours was booked incorrectly and we got charged for a no show fee and a extra night.

The Armouries is a beautiful hotel with amazing architecture. The staff was very nice and we were able to check in early which was very helpful! The pool was warm and we had it all to ourselves both days. We used the on site valet and each time got our car in a timely matter. We would definitely stay again.
