This place is amazinly pleasant! The staff are wonderful! Excellent customer service started as soon as we rang the door bell right up until we checked out. We stayed in the self contained cottage which was lovely, quiet and cosy. Breakfast was delicious and handmade fresh each morning with excellent portion sizes. There was also homemade treats with an amazing variety of beverages all complimentary which can be accessed 24/7. Interior design was breath taking! Felt like we had stepped back in time into a upper class home. Cannot recommend staying here enough.

Friendly privately owned. Great gourmet cook. Breakfast was different every day & not the usual fare. Rooms comfortable. Only drawback was in the heatwave we were having there is no air conditioning.

People running it are very friendly and excellent cooks. The place is in a great central area that's walkable to great restaurants and the water taxis linking to other parts of the city. Will definitely come back.

We stayed here for our Anniversary. Absolutely wonderful experience. There was a problem with our original suite so they moved us to a larger one at no additional cost and credited back the first night in the original suite.
A very friendly and accommodating staff. A wonderful relaxing environment in the middle of downtown Vancouver. Inventive Breakfast every morning and delicious pasteries baked every day. Within walking distance of excellent restaurants and shopping; and just around the corner from St. Paul's Hospital in case of emergency.
