Wife was rejected because she only had a "driver's license" and could not enter without a second ID. Even tho she is clearly pregnaut and in her late 20s.
The guard was rude asking for the ID and basically told us to get out.
I am giving a "2" only because the rest of the staffs were nice.response / report this review -

Been coming here for years as regulars. The new Well restaurant is not near as good or accommodating to special requests. Simple things and they can't accommodate. The changes to the good are not good.

I found the machines are too tight.
The casino in Victoria seem to be a lot better.

We had very bad dinner earlier. Roast beef was of poor quality. Ran out 0f salads. No cake or Nanaimo bar . Server was excellent. He was very apologetic for shortages.

No stars its not even fun the place just rapes you slots are just set up to take a lot and pay a little Casino have never been as greedy as they are now it just sucks it use to be a good night out not anymore they lost my business

Spent $50 to get into their blackjack bonanza tournament Won both tournaments I played in Came back for the $25,000 finals on Monday and was told I missed my tournament. Spoke with the front desk multiple times to confirm when to be there, was told Monday 3:30pm. Even spoke to the floor manager Friday night to confirm when to be there and was told Monday at 3:30 Really I was supposed to play Sunday night at 7:30 but was told I didn't have to go Sunday night multiple times x 10 . Didn't even get tournament money back in cash or anything and am out of the $25,000 finals All because of the lack of organization for the tournament by staff. I got ripped off
