Amazing building to be in during the christmas time festivities there are loads of beautiful decorations and the most incredible christmas trees. The mall itself is a bit busy and difficult to maneuver, the lack of sinage makes it hard to find your way to the underground transport.if you have to go to one of the top stories then your in luck because the view is to die for, however the shear amount of elevators can be confusing, all odd floors are on the second level and even on the main.

Great tower to work in, shop at and even watch free concerts! Located in the middle of the financial district and main artery in the Toronto PATH pedestrian network allows me to go from the subway to work without having to go outside. Favorite stores are Massimo Duti and Indigo. In terms of fee concerts at FCP my favourites were Daniel Caesar and Shad! They have two a big food court on the upper level, newly renovated, with lots of natural light via skylights and a patio overlooking the parkette. There's another food hall on the concourse level. All in there are tones of healthy food options and some indulgences too. I also have my family doctor, dentist and massage therapist in the building.

Tenant Appreciation Event

An annual free lunch to all tenant customers in the towers of the properties located in the Financial District along King Street west! The snaking lineup within the complex of men and women in suits, ties and skirts ended with the box lunch reward: hot sandwich choice of mushroom/chicken/beef burger, two salads, cupcake, apple and pop. It was wonderful to be invited and included among financial workers!

Clean office building. I lost my wallet and didn't even notice it until I got phone call from my insurance company. Security here called them immediately to notify me. I am grateful.

Canada's tallest Office tower at 72 floors. Recently renovated after a multi million dollar facelift, the building stands out amongst the other buildings in the area. It is the head office of The Bank of Montreal. The building offers great views of the island airport and the city from the higher floors. A good mix of shopping and a large food court and LCBO draw a lot of office goers to the building. Summer music concerts at the Waterfall stage offer tenants a nice lunch time break. There are a couple of upscale restaurants attached to the building and so are a walk-in clinic, physiotherapist and dentist. The building features two elevators in the same shaft servicing even and odd floors. A great landmark building to work in.

Underground pedestrian is fantastic. Very lively in office time but almost dead after hours. Great place winter though.

Great place for quiet respectful shopping. No craziness like at the eaton centre. Food courts are a cut above the usual food court fair. Loved working there and love visiting.

Great atrium but not for everyone. The food court is meh, but they have a good deal of shopping and a nice place to go for an afternoon stroll. The Starbucks there is super busy.

There's a grocery store, an LCBO and a couple of bars. Surprisingly good clothing selections, too. Revised food court is somewhat better, but it's still a food court. One of the better stops in the PATH.

Lovely building but you need to leave an extra hour to find parking and then find your way through the maze. And better leave a trail of breadcrumbs because you will never find your car back again, the elevators are so poorly marked!

It's beautiful and different. As well, it connects you underground to the PATH. Great shops, cafes and places to shop at during lunch, after work. When it's cold outside you can walk from here underground to many subway stations and the Eaton Centre.
