After get stuck over night in Vancouver after our flight being full we ended up at Sandman airport hotel. Staff was friendly and was able to accommodate us. Rooms were clean and they provide an airport shuttle every 30min.

Hotel was ok mostly clean (rooms were clean lobby not so much). Lots of kids running around. Bed was firm but pillows were good. Internet access was poor with no options for a better pay service

We had a perfect stay highly recommended we got the queen size bedroom in starting and being a couple felt uncomfortable on tiny beds.. so requested the manager to change our room, and that gentleman provided us with the suite❤️❤️. That was so awesome and we are thankful to him for making our stay perfect and we feel like home there.. the staff was helpful.. rooms were properly cleaned .. good ambience 10 stars to the hotel.. we miss being there and while we are staying in other hotels we are feeling the difference

The bed was nice and soft. The mini fridge left my beverages crisp and cool. Also everything was clean. The air conditioner left the room feeling nice and cool. The bathroom was pretty spacious. The rooms setup is basic but that's fine. Nice room if your alone.

Weird smell in the room. Bathroom lights flicker when turned on. Room's pretty small. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. The sofa bed was also a mess when I pulled it out. Air circulation wasn't very good.

Great place to stay! The rooms have a strong A/C for summer and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud. We stayed in one of the loft rooms on the 5th floor that has a kitchenette. Felt like a home away from home. Will definitely be returning!

Front desk service was fast and friendly. Same with maintenance staff. They were quick in responding to our request to have the AC adjusted. The rooms are a bit old but our executive king suite had 2 TVs as well as a sofa bed. I liked that there was a fridge and microwave. Good discounted price at the peak summer time.

Decent budget vacationer hotel. I've been to both this and the Sandman Signature down the street and the Signature seems to be much nicer. During mid-morning cleaning, housekeeping has all the various doors to their linen closets and sheet laundry wide open and the feel just seemed to lack a sense of tastefulness. Lots of parking and the pool and hot tub seem to go unused.

A very tired building, not especially clean, you have to use 100% hot water in he bathtub to get reasonably hot water . Big chip out of the tub and just generally run down.

Weird name, dated feeling inside, decent bar downstairs, put us (a couple) I'm a two full room. Weird Anyway, good enough for a night's sleep!

Room was good, service was good. Fitness centre is pretty small but the pool is big and there's a whirlpool. Lights flickered when turning them on in our room which was a bit weird. Otherwise great stay

Nice place, I enjoyed my stay. The first room they gave me had been smoked in however this was solved properly by the guy behind the reception. I even received a free upgrade, they didn’t need to do this for me, as I was fine with any room, at least if it was smoke free. The restaurant Moxie's Grill & Bar, is also great to have dinner or breakfast.
