Loved this place, aside from this place not returning calls or emails for a reservation at 7:30 PM on a Saturday, which wasn't even needed. At 730 the place was near empty. By 10 pm it was packed. The food was great, servers and bar staff were awesome. The hostess, an English woman with red hair was unbelievably sweet. I've been here for several shows in the past but always stayed downstairs. This time i was upstairs and it was amazing, super cozy and warm. The only thing this venue needs to improve upon is their washrooms, they're straight up gross, cold, awkward and covered in graffiti. But they were at at least being cleaned periodically,

It's a Sunday at noon, there's barely anyone here. I'm having a hot Italian sausage benny brunch on the upstairs outside deck, looking at the beautiful mountains north of Vancouver BC. The food is good, the view fabulous, cool breeze and no wait.

Great bar, good beer options. Food not bad. Had live entertainment on the two occasions we visited. Overall, a fun experience.

This place is more dive bar than grill, although most dive bars have better food. Great place to catch some music and a pint and a shot on a Friday or Saturday though. The upstairs balcony is awesome for summer sunsets.

Disappointed. Dirty tables and cutlery. Flat beer, cold poutine and a dinner 10 minutes behind it. Deserves the 1 star only for the waitress who was busting her ass and very sweet. Understaffed

The beer wasn't very good. At first I found the music annoying, but they grew on me. I've had a decent hot dog there.

What a great little place to share a good time with people. The atmosphere is guttural yet refined and welcoming. It is divided into a bar area and a more moody and romantic area giving a robust atmosphere. The staff are very enthusiastic and genuine.
This place offers an assortment of live music and new artists that can really make or break your experience. So just be aware you might find a gem performance or one that may be lacking to your tastes.response / report this review -
