    Don't rent from here.
Flat out screwed my Travel Plans and I chose not to rent at my Gold Member Hertz plan or Budget where I always go.
I made the biggest mistake by planning my vehicle needs through this company.
Inexperienced employees and manager should not be allowed to handle customer needs.
Full of excuses thinking people have never rented vehicles before.
Take my advice, this is a "c grade rental company" Stay with the Tier 1 companies. They are able to meet and commit to your needs without all the drama.

The price they quoted me was 1/2 what they wanted when I arrived to pickup the van. I requested drop off to different location and they added a drop off fee I was not originally quoted nor was in my agreed on quote. Left in a terrible spot on the day!

Beware of this place! Just recently rented a van from here for a move. They got me to put down a $1000 security deposit and I was told most of it would be returned to me once I checked the van back in. So, we went and picked the van up for the day, we were extremely careful with it, it never left our sight, we topped it off with fuel before dropping it back off. A couple days later I get a call from them letting me know that I damaged the van so bad that I was going to have to pay around $1500 to replace a side panel. I was dumbfounded because the van was perfectly fine as far as we knew. We managed to talk them down in how much I owed them for the damage that we supposedly caused. They said the damage looked like it was from a tree. And honestly, if it is THAT easy to damage their van just by it rubbing up against a tree then I don't recommend anyone dealing with this company because you will definitely get charged a few extra hundred dollars to repair something that is impossible to avoid.

Saskatoon driving force management is horrible. Rental manager named Angela needs to learn etiquette. She will try her best to rip you off and take over payment as security deposit and sometimes will forget to return it or she will find out some damage on rental vehicle after few days and deduct from your security deposit. Do not give them your security deposit. She is a rental shark. Branch manager named James needs to take off his fake smile for customers. They manipulate lots of rental information and I doubt they do same in sales. Dear customers do yourself a favour and take your rental business somewhere else if you don't wanna lose lots of cash from your pockets someday.

Just run away from Saskatoon Driving force.

I had a very poor experience dealing with two rude ladies at the front, one of whom conned me in to purchasing the insurance by telling me it was a one time charge. When i called to speak to the manager or supervisor the ladies there got upset at me and decided to spite me by not processing my return and holding on to my deposit. Everytime i called to inquire they would snicker off the phone and be very rude to me and keep telling me to call back. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!
