I've had good and bad experiences. This summer my daughter took our car in and they caught a differential seal leak- this allowed me to get it repaired before a more costly issue. However, in the last year the service has not been as great. This summer they put in a new cabin air filter- then told me the next time it was broken from things being put in the glove box. Just went to another service place- and though this filter needs replacing (been a couple months) its not broken.
As well oil change Monday night- they pointed out a transmission leak (See how they caught this past summer, its just been repaired) just took it in to be fixed by the dealer- no leak. But the dealer commented that there was oil EVERYWHERE - that they had never seen such a mess. The dealership cleaned it up for me, and took photos.
I have had my oil changes done here for almost 20 years, however the last couple the service has been rushed, pushy- talking so fast you can't understand what they say while trying to up sell you.response / report this review -

I was there today, drove into the bay with a running car. Needed a new battery. They put the 'new battery' in and run my card payment. My car doesnt start after new battery placement. They then charge my 'new battery' and its still doesn't start. After that they proceed to push my car out of the bay into the road!!!!! On the road i request a refund and make them return my original battery that i drove in with which they do. Guess what my old battery starts up after a jump from a mechanic i called to the scene 5 min after this incident. Very unfortunate. Beware.

I have been here for just over an hour after I had been told 20-25min. Had to move to a different bay because things were taking too long on that bay. AND THEN the car that was behind me, ended up going in a different bay ahead of me. I'm currently STILL waiting for my turn not worth the free wiper blade deal in the slightest however the staff experience once in there did change my view. Very kind. Witty. Funny.

Oil changes are a rip off and they always end up doing more than just an oil change. At the end your told to do the survey and please please put all 10's on their survey for excellent I'm no I'll put what I want on there. It's almost like a script; never going back there again

First off, it is very clean and staff are very nice. The oil change was speedy and everything was professional. Now the issues, I took my truck in for an oil and ever since leaving I had weird issues pop up with sensors, brake fluid all of the sudden dropped, hoses leaking. None of this was an issue before and it literally started the day after leaving here. Coincidence, maybe? We ended up having to sell the truck. I would highly recommend not falling for any of the "extras" like coolent flushes, etc. Let them do the oil as that is what they are meant for. Go to specific professionals for the other systems. These are kids working here. They do really try to upsell and add extras, fear monger if you refuse so just be prepared. One other thing! Never, ever give them your email address! They will spam it bad, I get emails every 3 days or so with "deals". I tried to unsubscribe (I never agreed to receive spam in the first place) and it doesn't work. BEWARE OF THAT!

I have been coming here for years and I keep coming back. The technicians are always helpful and knowledgeable. As a non mechanic savvy person I always go there knowing they will tell me what I really need and not try to upsell me if I don't really need something.
Got my oil done today and even though there was a wait it was still pretty quick and painless. :)response / report this review
