  For starters, they are rude. I've never seen the receptionist crack a smile in all the times I've walked through the door. My bf went there to get his hair cut, there is nothing fancy about is hair cut. Its just a fade and the longer on top, the usual for most guys. Should have been simple for any hair dresser. He had to repeatedly ask her to keep fixing it and he still left with the choppiest most obvious looking fade I've ever seen, and hes cut his own hair before..
  
  The only time I let anyone there touch my hair was to get it in a pony tail since my hand was in a cast, as I took it out as soon as I left.. such simple requests that could not even be met.

  As the stylist ( she must have been because she had no idea how to cut hair) said during the chop session " the only difference between a bad haircut and a good one is 2 weeks" and she proceeded to make me suffer through the next 2 weeks in inglorious shame. My only question is - how come i never say the bowl she used?? Very very poor work - please give this place a miss!!
