Kia of Saskatoon is a great place to find your new ride!! Staff there is excellent. During 10 minutes we waited for our sales person, 5 different people asked if we needed help or wanted coffee or something, that's great customer service. Our sales person, Amy, did great job helping us throughout the process and making it smooth experience. She would even take calls after office hours for customers if possible, which is great!! Only problem we had is with finance manager Kelly, he did not disclose that there will be 2 credit checks , one for Kia and one for the bank, even after we specifically told him which bank we want to send the application to. Specially when Kia was not going to finance, it doesn't make any sense for them to do the credit check, unless a person is not sure about the credit or which bank to send it. Apart from that, it's great place, and excellent customer service. Manager Travis is also very helpful and will guide you properly to make the right decision!! I would recommend Kia to anyone who is looking to purchase the vehicle. Cheers!!

We recently purchase a Kia Soul here. I highly recommend Kia of Saskatoon! We were treated like family as soon as we walked in the door. There was no pressure. Mark was exceptional in helping us find the vehicle that best suited us. Kelly Lee in finance was amazing as well and so helpful. I will definitely be purchasing a vehicle here again and and will recommend to everyone i know. Thank-you so much for a great car buying experience!!

I felt so comfortable throughout the whole experience of purchasing a vehicle at Kia of Saskatoon. Sean Burns was terrific. Lots of times sales people will push me out of the store with their hard sales etc. But Sean was informative, and never pushy. He gave me time to think and I really appreciated the way everything came down. Thanks Sean!

Bought a car here recently (not even a Kia), and overall it was a good experience. Amy Smith was fantastic - very low pressure but still provided lots of information and genuinely wanted what's best for us. The rest of the team worked hard to get us the vehicle the same day (on a busy Saturday). It may have been a little rushed and we had some questions even after signing, but again Amy put our minds at ease. We would recommend her to anyone!

This was a great experience. Vishal was exceptionally helpful and showed us multiple vehicles to help us find the perfect one. They worked around our schedule and were absolutely willing to stay a bit late when we weren't able to get in during normal business hours. However, the reason we started our vehicle search at Kia was 100% because of a referral from a friend. Unfortunately no one mentioned the referral bonus until after all the paper work had been completed.
Overall, I definitely recommend Kia. They really understand how to deliver amazing customer service!

From our Salesman, Mark Schick, to Financial Services, Sales Managers and General Manager they made sure we were taken care of on all aspects. I recently purchased a Kia Soul from Saskatoon Kia and was very impressed with the level of service received during the entire process. I received a fair offer for my trade in and the vehicle was received on-time as promised.

No high pressure sales tactics were used and all in all, it was a great buying experience. I primarily dealt with Vishal and Cameron, who were both incredible to deal with. I would absolutely consider buying another vehicle from Saskatoon Kia.

Had an excellent experience buying my used van here. They were so helpful and I feel I got a really good deal. I've been happy with my follow up work done (oil changes, etc) at the service desk too. I would definitely check here again next time I need a vehicle

I just purchased a 2017 Rio 5 LX+ and the experience was excellent. After a lot of research, Kia was the logical choice as far as reliability, features, and reputation. A huge thanks to Amy for the amazing service! You and your team (big thanks to Cameron as well for the attention to detail) really went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I received the best deal possible. Overall, a great experience and I'll definitely choose Kia again!

To be honest we hadn't really thought about purchasing a Kia but all that changed when we walked into the dealership. We had set up an appointment with Barry and he was there waiting for us - right on time! He made the experience so pleasant. No pressure, no hard sales tactics and we never felt rushed. We were able to have a conversation about what we were looking for and how he could help us out. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want - he listened to us. We just picked up our new Sorento this morning and we love it! Thanks to Barry and Jessica in the finance department for all your help!

My husband and I were in a couple days ago to look at preowned Kia Souls, we had a great experience! Barry spotted us walking in the lot and was quick to give us a hand and get us a test drive for the Soul we were eyeing up. He was great at explaining safety features (which was important to us with a baby due right away) and showing us how all the different features inside the vehicle worked. We never felt pressured at all, it was just as if some one was showing us our options and leaving the rest to us. Once we committed and went inside we were impressed with how friendly ALL the staff were, Barry gave us a tour of the dealership so we knew where the service department, etc. were and I can honestly say I will be looking forward to my next oil change! Thanks for all your help Barry, it is greatly appreciated! And in the two days we have been driving our new Kia, we love it so far!
