I have never had as bad a haircut as I had at this salon. I refuse to wear my hair down because it's so uneven and embarrassing. I showed up 10 minutes late because I didn't know where it was and I came in from out of town. The young guy said he couldn't wash my hair because I was late, cut it horribly, and then didn't style it. I will never go back!

I had a really great time with Jessie! I love my new hairdo! The only negative was the response I recieved from the girls at the register.. I didn't get so much of a "hello" or even a smile Nothing. I left thinking how rude it was Especially in customer services you think everyone would be friendly and welcoming.. That's just my opinion. Other than that I highly recommend Jessie!

So this started out as just a basic miscommunication. I had wanted perm, but I guess I didn't specify that over the phone, but they also didn't ask what the appointment was for. So I think this would be fault on both parties.
What happened when I got there was very unusual. The stylist asked me what I wanted done with my hair and as soon as I told him I wanted a perm he immediately told me he had no time for me as if I were wasting his time. He made no effort to reschedule or offer an alternative.
I woke up early on a weekend hoping to get a haircut, but left feeling awkward and embarrassed. I usually don't go out of my way to write a negative comment about a business, but this salon is close to my resident and would be really convenient for me. I would really like to go to this Salon, but not if this is how they treat their customers.response / report this review -

On my first visit it was a fairly major screw up .. I chose my colour from a book and long story short came out with a totally different colour and probably worse experience I've ever had in a hair dressers. BUT. I went in again and booked an appointment with a different stylist after explaining my previous problems with the last one. I was given to a great young lady called Rochelleshe got my colour exactly how I've wanted it for years!! Cut was great I couldn't have been happier and when I went to pay my cut was free because of the mess of the previous colour. I can't complain and will always request this awesome lady again.

So upset with my experience.. I went for a haircut yesterday and asked for 3 inches off. My hair is very long (around my elbows) and I'm very attached to it. The stylist told me that she would like to take 5 off because my ends were dry. I told her that it's a big deal for me to even take 3 off so no I dont want 5 off. So she physically showed me how much she was going to take off, and that was fine. Only that's NOT what she took off.. at the end, she ended up taking off about 6-7 inches, and it's now to my shoulders.
I was so upset, and cried all night. I'm pregnant, so I'm already feeling self conscious of how I look, and now my beautiful long hair is gone.
Called them this morning and asked for my money back, and they said that was no problem. So at that point I was actually happy with the service. Until my friend went to go and get my refund for me. he said that while he was there the girls were making fun of me wanting my money back, saying "oh I'm just gonna give you this chocolate bar, and you eat it, but now I want it back"
How unprofessional. Bottom line is you did not do what I repeatedly asked for and I shouldn't have to pay $40 for a haircut that made me cry! It's unbelievable to me that you would agree to give my money back and then be rude and make fun of me while getting the refund.

I wish I could give this a lower rating than the one star. My mother had gone in for a haircut this morning. She had beautiful hair and had been growing it out- she had gone in to get it styled as today. What she got can only be described as roadkill styled with a weed whacker. The stylist (and I am using that term VERY loosely) thinned her hair to the point that it looked like my balding head (and I am balding due to alopecia to the point of medically requiring a wig) what was left was horribly uneven - one side was noticeably short and cut close to the scalp and all it can do is stand up straight like a hedgehog. The woman who cut her hair didn't even leave enough so she could even attempt to curl it. I came home to my mother in tears because she doesn't even want to go to work because she doesn't want to be seen in public. It was the worst haircut of her life (her words not mine). She had asked me to write this review so no other woman would be made to feel so horrible- and after seeing the remains of what was left on her head, I'd have to agree. Considering the amount of Salon's in the city- I would HIGHLY recommend anywhere but here.

I arrived to my appointment, but was informed that my appointment was scheduled for the day before after specifically explaining it needed to be scheduled for today. The unhelpful young lady, shrugged and said well it was booked for yesterday. After being a loyal customer for the last 4 years she seemed unconcerned I would go to another salon. I will never return to this location for any services or products, and disappointed with the lack of customer service.
