Nice spacious room. Free Wi-Fi but breakfast is not included with the stay. There is a Starbucks bistro in the hotel. Bistro has a great setup for business travellers. Has individual cubical setup with TV.

Decent room. Elevator was down so waiting with bags etc. Took forever. Pillows were all pretty flat and worn out. Otherwise the stay was as expected for a hotel like this.

After checking out of our previously booked hotel room ( as it was disgusting) Courtyard was quick to help us out and booked us into a lovely, cozy clean room. Staff were friendly and enjoyed the added bonus of the gym. It is easy to get to off the 401. Will book her again with our next visit to London.

Clean rooms, new hotel, practical location.
Check your final statement (had already paid the room, and they charged me a second time around! Had to tell them!
with a little "we're sorry about that!"
Nothing more done to make sure I would stay there again or any other from the chain! !

Easily the most noisy few nights I have ever spent at a hotel. Both nights people were rudely loud in the hallway, slamming doors I to all hours. The 2nd night they did so until 4am. The hotel staff didn't seem to notice even though we're were right above the front desk. The beds were harder than other hotels, and between that and the noise it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. The bistro restaurant seemed to be under staffed, making wait time for simple things like salad frustrating. If you are in a hurry, go elsewhere. (Southside grill is a close by dinner) The hotel was clean and in good condition.

Only had a 1 night stay but had no major problems with service or the facility. The elevator was a little slow and they did not have a complimentary continental breakfast which most places offer. Other than that the pool was okay and the rooms were tidy and cozy.

Went for a three day training seminar. Breakfast and lunch we're catered and we're delicious. The room has temperature controls inside where you can adjust them as need be, which I have found to be an important factor anywhere there is a group. And all the electronic components worked properly.
